The policy of rule differed with the different regimes that existed in the Maghreb. When the Muslim Arabs liberated Morocco, many leaders and governors came to take over its affairs, the way they took over. The workers and employees. As the people of Morocco appoint those in whom they find the competence to lead them until the caliphate sends them a ruler to manage their affairs, just as tribal fanaticism played its role by appointing some governors, employees, workers and army commanders in Morocco, and accordingly the factors considered for the policy of rule in the countries of the Maghreb varied according to the different circumstances that led to the selection of Whoever is entrusted with the task of guardianship and leadership, as there must be one or more factors that can distinguish who is chosen to be at the head of the state that he is charged with managing its affairs, and for the succession to be reassuring to the ruler. They gathered and wrote fifty-two treatises in various scientific and philosophical fields known as the letters of Al-safa Brothers and during the death they are considered a continuation or a complement to all human knowledge and sciences of their time. We have discussed in this research the most important Andalusian cities that are Zaragoza, which the Arabs entered without a fight in the year 94 AH, and they settled in them, and they built a mosque for Muslims in order to perform their prayers, and when navigating the folds of the city we found the Andalusian Islamic architecture that had no parallel in Europe nor The neighboring countries in terms of arrangement, construction, motifs, and shapes that were present in it. The best evidence for this is the Jaafari Palace, which is still standing until the present time, but a change in its uses and it became a place for storing weapons and ammunition used by the Spanish state, and we found in the folds of the city besides the palaces of the hotel S and the cells divided according to order and organization second to none

Communicable diseases in the book (Al-Mansouri in Medicine) by Abu Bakr Muhammad Ibn Zakaria Al-Razi (251-311 A.H)
Ahlam
Mohsen Hussein
his book, Al-Razi devotes sections that deal with a comprehensive explanation of infectious diseases affecting different parts of the human body, with no distinction between male or female, nor between childhood, youth, or old age.In his book, Abu Bakr Al-Razi presented a description of no symptoms of communicable diseases, accompanied by prescriptions, and sometimes ways to prevent them, such as:* Skin diseases: such as leprosy, itching, and scabies. He says about leprosy that it is easy to treat at the beginning. He attributed the cause of the itching and scabies to the individual’s addiction to eating blood-spoiling foods, such as salt, pomegranates, hot spices, garlic, honey and others, in addition to fatigue, staying up late, and lack of bathing. For treatment of them, he recommended phlebotomy and drinking drinks. He also mentioned smallpox and measles, which both boys and boys often afflict, and ways to treat them.* Tuberculosis: a transmissible disease that affects the human body, and may lead to death. Its symptoms include emaciation, and chronic cough, accompanied by hemoptysis. Al-Razi advised the injured person to eat good, beneficial foods, such as milk and meat, and to go to the bathroom regularly

Military aspects in the middle dictionary of al-Tabarani
Abdulrahman

Wael
M. S
Researchers in Islamic history began to extract historical narratives from the books of the Prophet’s Sunnah. In addition to their authenticity, the books of the Sunnah only mentioned many historical aspects that were neglected in history books, biographies and classes. If the narrations are mentioned in the books of the Sunnah and the history books alike, we find that the books of the Prophetic Sunnah add many details to the historical narration, and this supports the historical narration and presents it to the fullest. From this point of view, I chose an important aspect of the historical aspects included in the books of the Sunnah as the subject of my research, which is (the military historical aspects in Al-Tabarani’s Middle Dictionary). Military in the middle dictionary of al-Tabarani.

Industry is one of the vital sectors on which the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is based. It includes industries related to oil production and refining, petrochemicals, minerals and war industries, in addition to cement, construction, equipment, and food industries, among others. Industry in Saudi Arabia began with the succession of oil discoveries in the thirties of the twentieth century AD, and the establishment of Aramco, and before that it was limited to traditional crafts and handicrafts. The era of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz witnessed a major industrial development, as a result of the five-year plans developed by the Saudi Ministry of Planning.

The Palestinians had representatives in the League of Arab States since its founding in 1945 despite its occurrence under the British Mandate, and the representatives of Palestine in that era were Musa Al-Alami, Abdul Karim Al-Alami, Ahmed Hilmi Abdel-Baqi and Ahmed Al-Shugairi, respectively. In the first Arab summit conference in 1964 called by Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser, the Palestine Liberation Organization was created to express the will of the people of Palestine and for there to be a body demanding their rights and self-determination. The conference mandated the representative of Palestine, Ahmed Al-Shugairi, to contact the Palestinians and write a report on that to be submitted to the following Arab summit conference, Ahmed Al-Shugairi made a tour during which he visited the Arab countries and contacted the Palestinians there. During his tour, the draft national charter and the articles of association of the Palestine Liberation Organization were drafted. Here are lists of the names of candidates for membership in the first Palestinian conference, which was held in Jerusalem between March 28 and June 2 of 1964 and was opened by King Hussein bin Talal. The conference was known as the First Palestinian National Council for the Palestine Liberation Organization.

The partisan life in Egypt during the period (1986-1989) was experiencing a state of development, especially in the methods of the democratic opposition, and the partisan life witnessed the emergence of political Islam on the Egyptian political scene after it was monitored by the security services because of the suspicions that some extremist Islamic groups “that split from the Muslim Brotherhood” "Secretly linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, this on one side and on the other side, the main parties were exerting pressure for the transfer of power and governance and to allow more political freedom and democracy, which was restricted due to the laws established by the Egyptian government with the support of the ruling party that has been leading the government since the beginning of its establishment, so the existing parties were The ruling party is opposed to the way in which the affairs of the country are managed, and it seems that the ideology of some parties has undergone a clear and significant change. We note that there are parties that have changed their ideology to a completely different ideology and may be incompatible as some parties have shifted from the left to the extreme right, not believing in the principles of the right, but To enter and win the general parliamentary elections because the right-wing, and specifically the “Islamists” had a wide resonance in the people Take care of the Egyptian politician and they have great popularity that the government or the ruling party fears, in that they can pull the rug out from under their feet and rule the country by giving way and political freedom as it is known that the Islamists have the ability through which to mobilize large masses with their shining religious speeches. It was old, but it was not able to confront political Islam, because their ideas, programs, speeches, and the leaders of the parties themselves over the past years did not offer anything that could be betted on, and even their opposition to governments was not at the required level, because they are few in front of the ruling party with regard to political representation in Parliament or in the popular base. on which the party is based in the general elections.

Al-Iraq newspapers atitude on the inauguration of Prince Faisal as the King of Iraq
Jebran
Iskandar Rafeeq
One of the results of the Twentieth Liberation Revolution in Iraq was that it convinced the British that they could not rule Iraq directly as they had hoped. They were convinced of the necessity of involving the Iraqis in governing their country, so they began to think of finding a king on the throne of Iraq from the sons of their ally, Sharif Hussein, and their choice fell on Prince Faisal. Here, Al-Iraq newspaper began its role in alerting the Iraqi public opinion to the importance of accepting and supporting this decision because of its positive repercussions on the Iraqi reality from the political and economic point of view, which explains the newspaper's keenness to shed light on this decision. The role of the Sharif family, especially the role of Prince Faisal in the events that occurred in the Arabian Peninsula, Syria and Iraq that accompanied the First World War, and the follow-up of the stages of his arrival in Iraq, his visits to cities, and his visits. Kh. Ali
Anbar province, which is located in the central part of western Iraq, is one of the areas where most of the agricultural production is available, especially the natural ones, such as the Euphrates River, lakes, good soil in the Euphrates River Basin and even the desert areas can be used to grow some crops suitable for their environmental conditions. This research is one of the studies directly related to the population, especially as it is related to its food. The problem lies in the lack of balance between agricultural production and consumption in Anbar province, which reflected on the standard of living and unequal agricultural varieties in achieving food security. The research aims to identify the constraints of the balance between the production and consumption of basic agricultural crops through the realistic data and the reasons that have shown these constraints, as well as to identify the most important treatments and proposals that lead to some acceptable data or at least reduce the gap between the two variables.

The foundations and criteria for the definition of aridity and the identification of dry regions varied from one researcher to another, the objective of this study is to measure the degree of aridity in the Eastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and climatically classified. The methods followed by the study are the regional, historical, descriptive analytical and inductive approaches. The study relied on climatic data that were obtained from Meteorological Service and Environmental Protection for five meteorology stations, Qaisumah, Dhahran, Al-Ahsa, Hafr Al-Batin, and Dammam, during the period from 2000 to 2012. Six aridity indices: Lange, de Martin, Cousin, Thornthwaite, Koppen and Wilmey were applied to monthly, seasonal and annual rainfall and temperature rates. The results revealed that all months in the Eastern Region and all stations are classified as dry months according to the Kossin and Thornthwaite. The results also show that the seasons were characterized by varying degrees of aridity. With regards to seasons, the summer was the driest, followed by the autumn, while the aridity decreased during the winter and spring seasons. The study area was also characterized by the annual aridity according to the application of the Lang, de Marton, Koppen and Wilmy. The study recommended that the necessity of activating water-harvesting projects to make the most of varying rainfall rates, rationalize water consumption, and conduct studies concerned with the applied climate

Spatial analysis of the model car in the Iraqi city (Fallujah)
Abd ulrazzaq
Mohammed Jabbar
Car parking places are one of the most important components of the Iraqi city, as these places are a component of urban transport and the same components of community services. Since the number of cars increased, the city suffers from the problem of unavailability of parking places and the reason is due to the failure to take these places into consideration when developing and implementing base diagram. The city of Fallujah suffers from the lack of parking spaces for the car, so some investors or owners of ramshackle residential plots have temporarily converted them into parking spots awaiting their conversion to commercial use as the research dealt with a general description of the car parking areas, as well as the description of the study area and its division into three areas: the market area or the city center and the second region, the popular clinics area and its adjacent therapeutic medical uses, industrial and commercial uses, and the third area the hospital and its neighboring uses, then dealt with Distributing parking places for the car and then comparing it with the planning standard (housing standard) and then analyzing the questionnaire form that was distributed to the three reviewers of the study area, and then analyzing the closest neighbor to the distribution shape of those places and it was found that the distribution is random. The study found that there were no parking places and became an obstacle to the movement of citizens in their movement and daily life, which led to the difficulty of obtaining the necessary services, especially the treatment trip, the shopping trip, the work trip, and the prevailing type of parking in the study area is parking outside the main street, this type is characterized by safety And the flow of movement and the lack of traffic congestion

An analysis of the ecological characteristics of the population of Heet district for the period 1997-2018
Buthaina Rahim Shawkat
Al-Muhammadi
The environmental composition is the distribution of the population according to the environment between the urban, rural and Bedouin. The research is limited to the study of the urban and rural population without addressing the Bedouin population because of their small numbers in the judiciary. The study of urban and rural population is very important in population studies because it illustrates the differences between them In terms of distribution, growth and composition, which is the result of different economic, cultural and social level, in this regard it is necessary to refer to the foundations and criteria used to differentiate between urban and rural. The study of the population of the district of Hit and know their demographic characteristics and their spatial and temporal differences for years (2018, 1997) revealed to us that the population of the judiciary was increasing numerically during the three census years. This increase is due to several factors including the development of economic activity, The increase in the natural growth rate of the population (ie, the increase in the number of births) as well as the migration to the judiciary. It is possible to say that some of them are due to natural conditions or their differences from one place to another. That place to provide the necessary necessities to live in it.

S. Mohammed
The study included a hydrogiomorphological evaluation of Abu Dalaya basin in Al-Jezira region for the water harvesting purposes, which an area reached (227 km2). Abu Dalaya basin contains three secondary basins, which are almost similar in their morphometric and hydrological characteristics, and most of them are close to the rectangular shape. The researcher used the integration between several data, such as Remote Sensing (RS) data, climate and ground data for the study area and its region, whereby the outputs from maps and figures were obtained by using Geographic Information System (GIS). For the purposes of water harvesting, the study adopted (SCS-CN) model to estimate the volume of surface runoff, and the results indicated that the study area is characterized by high runoff due to the presence the soils type(C) that are characterized by their inability to infiltrate water into the soil. The hourly data for the season (2018-2019) showed that the amounts of rain were large, ranging between (652-761 mm). Thus, this amount of water must be preserved, and thus four sites were chosen for the construction of earth dams in the study area. In addition, the results of those proposed dams for water harvesting proved that the quantities of water storage in them are uneven, but very large and sufficient for the various types of future investments

Model building of vegetation cover changes in Abbasid sub-district using SABI and NDVI algorithms
Mohammed
Mohsin Abdullah
The current study focuses on building a model for vegetation changes in the Abbasid sub-district using the SABI and NDVI algorithm, as the research focused on studying the natural and human factors that affect vegetation cover, and then building digital models that depend on the mathematical algorithms obtained through satellite visuals in a region Spectral, through ARC GIS-based software processors and the Model Builder Extension, to make these models ready tools for obtaining the density of vegetation cover in any geographical area. When applying the two models, it became clear that the SABI model for the derivation of vegetative indices and algae was more accurate than the NDVI model for also deriving vegetative indices. The second model on two scales are (Band 4, Band 5) in Landsat 8. In addition, the SABI model works on deriving aquatic plants as well, while the second model cannot. From the application of the two models to monitoring the change of vegetation cover, it became clear that the region was experiencing a significant change during (30) years for the period (1990-2020) at the level of its agricultural provinces.

Estimating the hazards of floods in the Gulasur Basin in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate - Kurdistan Region of Iraq
Jinan Rahman
Ibrahim
The indicators values of the Morphometric Analysis of the Gulasur Basin, which has an area of 556.02 km2, as the ratio of elongation, rotation ratio and form factor, indicated that it is a highly rectangular basin. While the values of the relief aspects, which are represented by the relief ratio, the relative relief and Ruggedness number, indicated the high runoff and the low percentage of leachate in the basin. In addition to other indicators such as stream frequency, drainage density and bifurcation rate. And other hydromorphometric indicators had a hydrological response that reflected the volume of runoff, leg time and discharge rate, which led to a decrease in the reservoir potential of groundwater, and a high contribution to surface runoff. Thus, increasing the chances of water gathering in the main riverbed leads to an increase in the chances of flooding, however, the length of the distance traveled by the water from the top of the basin to the downstream makes the running water, moderately hazards waves with a late arrival.

Habits and patterns of university students’ exposure to television programs on fitness and beauty, a field study of a sample of Baghdad University students
Salah Gh. Nouri
Al.Hasani
The media is developing at an imaginary speed, and television is often the most widely used means by the general public, and one of the most important contemporary means of communication that man uses continuously (From the Kaiser family foundation). Therefore, the viewer is exposed to television and uses it, but for a certain purpose, and this use differs from one person to another. There are those who are exposed to television to develop the political dimension, so they find politics is the demand that they seek and want to satisfy, and we may find another person who loves sports and loves football or car racing. Others watch, and some viewers tend to have fun and fill their free time in any way, so they find entertainment is the best way to fill their time, and so on.This has led to the emergence of specialized satellite stations that seek to focus on one aspect of life, with interest in other aspects, but to a lesser extent. We have political, religious, sports, economic, lyrical, entertainment channels, etc., each of which specializes in its field. Its exposure, and with the spread of these specialized satellite channels, sports and cosmetic channels that focus on specialization in a large way, especially with regard to university students from a physical point of view, including sports channels specialized in fitness, diet, skin care, and other such channels, and the goal of this specialization is to attract the largest Number of viewers committed to these programs.

Safad Husam
Hamoudi
At a time when the radio stations are supposed to play an important role in promoting social values due to their role as a moral factor which is responsible of the relationship among individuals in societies, the production of radio programs in Iraq has been subjected to political, security and even technical influences. This led to commit frequent violations of such set of values. By submitting to the agendas of the influential forces in Iraqi society, and keeping pace with the changes in the media environment that required the following up of technical acceleration in order to reach the largest number of participants and followers of radio programs, regardless of professional media standards that involves respecting those values. The current study, titled (the Iraqi radio stations violating social values) addresses a very important issue, reflected by in the great challenge facing those values in Iraq, as a result of those radio stations' performance. This challenge escalates with the state of continuous change that Iraq is experiencing, in the security, political and social fields. As such, the researcher chose the temporal boundaries for his sample in an era that witnessed two contradictory variables successively. The first was represented by the official announcement of the liberation of all Iraqi lands from terrorism in the second half of 2017, which prepared for an unprecedented national rapprochement in recent years in the media discourse. The second was pivoted towards the beginning of political conflict, that proceeded the preparation for the legislative elections, shortly thereafter, at the early start of 2018.

The effect of the Quranic story on Ethics
Anas Isam
Ismaeel
The Quran is the read universe, and it contains all what mankind need in their life such as administrative, theological and worship systems. Among those system and the one which the Quran has made it integral with Faith is the ethical system. Many verses in the Quran urges about good ethics and rejects bad ethics. I have rather preferred to study the effect of the Quranic story on the ethics because the stories have a different effect from the direct commands. When a Muslim reads a Quranic story, he gets engaged with its events, pictures its scenes, and gets affected by its results. Therefore, there is no doubt that he will be affected by the ethical events that happened within the scenes of the Quranic story. Hence the idea of writing this paper in which I deal with (the effect of the Quranic story on ethics) in which I dealt with some of the scenes of the Quranic stories and not all the details of the story. Because there is no space to deal with all the events of the story here. Most of the ethical scenes that I dealt with came from the story itself. Such scenes made explicit or hidden reference to the moral aspect. In any way, these scenes has a great effect on the reader heart. Most of the ethical scenes that I have found was in the stories of Joseph and Moses (Peace be upon them). After them, was the story of Ibrahim. I have not found in all of prophets’ stories who are mentioned in the Quran incidents or scenes that has an effect in the ethical aspect. It suffices us that we have roamed between the lines of the Quranic stories and extracted some valuable jewels

Cultural Specificity in the Visual Industries between Originality and the Contemporariness . A study in anthropology of arts
Harith Ali Hassan
Al-Obaydy
Visual industries can present impressively useful and pleasant forms. The main practice of the visual industries, i.e. pictures and words does not only implicate their aesthetics or the aesthetic taste influence, but also their capacity to understand and contain the psychological and sociological reality in a comprehensive, integrated and meaningfull manner as well as their capacity to reveal both the masked human world and the embellished external world. The dialectical analyses of the relation between Art and Society is related at the same time to the principal of aesthetic analysis regarding the social function of Art . Each of them form (together with philosophy, sociology and ethics) in its own manner a fundamental part of people's social consiousness. The visual industries are not created for pleasure and entertainment as much as they are created to reflect the human knowledge of the universe and life. They are an intellectual knowledge that enables to go deeper into the society as a reflexion of the informations and expressions acquired from the natural and social worlds. Nowadays, we see them enter in the society of knowledge in all their manifestions and results on a manner that can be an expression for cultures with their varied and multifacted characteristics. That is why the researcher decided to do this study in order to try to find out what visual industries are as well as to identify the pattern of their role in the society of knowledge by relying on a multiple methodology based on the multiple approaches for briefing and exploring the most important aspects of the topic. The study has reached many results of which the most important is that the visual industries represent an important area in the daily social life of the people and society. Human beings have turned to the image industries because of their importance as intellectual products that enable people to satisfy their multiple needs.

The phenomenon of divorce is a thorny issue because of the specificity and sensitivity of the problems involved in it, and the difficulty of obtaining neutral information regarding it from both parties to the conflict, as the researcher did everything possible to achieve his desired goal. The increase in divorce cases and their high rates have become a clear feature in the modern era and in most of the developed and developing societies, as we see the disintegration of families and the deviation of children from the right path. Societal cohesion, especially for families who have lived through the bitter experience of displacement, and the tragedies and suffering that resulted from it, which is not felt except in the midst of its horrors, and was harmed by the harsh conditions and material and moral losses as a result. Our study is one of the field descriptive studies, and the researcher relied on the social survey method by using the questionnaire tool that was distributed to a sample of the people who were searched for and their number (150) is absolute and absolute, in addition to conducting personal interviews with some individuals from the Customs And specialization
