Partisian Plurality and the Culture of Anarchy
Islam Fawzi
Anas Qutob
This paper seeks to show that random plurality leads to chaos spread and here, exactly, lies the significance of moderation as a middle state necessary to achieve societal security. The paper deals with this idea on the level of the explosive spread of political parties that appeared in Egypt in the wake of January 25th, 2011. This led to uncontrolled chaos in the Egyptian political life and consequently affected social situation directly. But when June 30th, 2013 restored control to Egyptian scene balance was soon restored to political life especially in partisan practices. Yet, there remain a need to renew political discourse to cope with the requirements of the masses and social changes. The paper aims to explore the extent of political moderation after June 30th, 2013 against the background of the spread of partisan chaos culture in the wake of January 25th, 2011. The paper adopts the analytical method in its treatment of available data and experts' views. The paper draws on the periods before and after June 30th, 2013 as a model of study. The most important findings of the paper are:•The formation of parties after June 25th is chaotic in nature as some of these parties lacked the legislative cover and constructive goals.•In view of the spread of the culture of chaos consequential to multiparty after June 30th parties achieved a sort of relative moderation. •Political parties made important progress towards social security in cooperation with state institutions after June 30th.The paper recommends a renovation of the political and cultural discourse of the parties to meet the societal requirements. Finally, the paper suggests a theoretical approach to political moderation under the name of "preparation and activation" which comprises formal moderation "preparation" and applied moderation "activation."

Iraq weather is affected by pressure systems formed over the Arab Gulf, the holistic approach was used in analyzing the maps to address this effect. The research concluded that the Arab Gulf slip recorded (940) repetition for Iraq most of them were secondary slips formed from the Indian seasonal slip, while Arab Gulf elevation recorded (58) repetition controlling Iraq. Repetition of both systems recorded (998) rate (12.4) % of the total number of observations for the period (1992_2002) which was (8034). Relative humidity rate related to the elevation and slip of Arab Gulf was lower than the general rate of same month repetition. Elevation and slip of Arab Gulf recorded on their repetition a temperature rate and wind speed accompanied higher than the general rate for the same month repetition. Arab Gulf slip recorded on repetition (24.2) ml/year as a rate of total rain on the studied stations while Arab Gulf elevation recorded (18.2) ml/year. .

The Importance of Governmental Expenditure in achieving Human Development to curb extremism: “Malaysian experience as a Model”
Ismail
Hammadi Mijbil
The study aims to identify the experience of Malaysia in eliminating the ethnic and sectarian war that broke out in the country in 1969. This calls for a return to self, especially by the government to know the causes of these war , as well as the diagnosis of the sites of imbalance in order to evaluate and deal with them. "Moderation" is a comprehensive Islamic culture that affects the lives of individuals, society and the state. The process of human development must be consistent with the prevailing values and concepts and should not be Conflicts with mushrooms And Malaysia has a pioneering experience in eradicating that situation. This experiment is worthy of study and application to countries that have witnessed such a situation .

References of the Political Discourse in the Holy Quran Critical and Analytical Study in the Field of Political Sociology
Hamdan Ramadan Mohammed
Al-Khalidi
This paper sheds light on the importance of the references of political discourse in the Holy Quran, especially from the perspective of sociology of Islamic politics because of the distinguished traits of this discourse from other speeches. This paper is a critical attempt to extrapolate this discourse, its nature, characteristics and mechanisms of its production. The references of political discourse in the Holy Quran is the system of assets, rules and fundamentals that underlie the system of government in Islam. It regulates the relationship between the authority and the nation, determines the responsibilities, rights and duties as stated in the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Law (Sunnah). Moreover, this paper focuses on the process of renewal of political discourse and diverse areas of renewal and the most important obstacles that hinder this process. Addressing the problems of the reality of the Islamic political discourse should be through looking at the origins of the Qur'anic, prophetic and rational discourse, and diligence according to the jurisprudence of the approaches. This is so to bridge the gap between the future view for political discourse and the reality and its dilemmas. These studiousness views try to discover the defect in the contemporary political Islamic performance. It also aims at seperating between political realism and its causes, its idealism and principles, and how to achieve the interim goals without compromising the final objectives and how to deal with the existing regimes. As the doctrinal origins of the faith of the political discourse of the Quran based on the political system of the Islamic state is no longer the same in the culture of Muslims today, after the demarcation of the parameters of the interpretation and moral distortion of its significance. It is done in order to consolidate the questionable discourse that governs the reality of the nation today by its authoritarian systems of different forms and types . This reality can only be changed by returning to the Qur'anic discourse and understanding it correctly. Therefore, the paper aims to study the political discourse of the Quran and its contemporary methodological approaches to uncover the findings of modern studies and the efforts of Arab linguists and orientalists in the field of discourse analysis. It also aims to provide a vision on the new paths in the Quranic studies by determining the intellectual and scientific perceptions of political Islam in the building of the state. The researcher used the inductive, and deductive method to analyze the subject. The importance of this paper is to highlight the role of the political discourse in the Holy Quran in the development of political integration in our societies by changing the intellectual, cultural and religious structure of individuals to cope with the current times and developments. Moreover, we try to analyze the scientific and practical content of the concept of political discourse in order not to be a mere a motto in the current facets of societies. The researchers also try to highlight the actual benefit that can be derived from its use in analyzing social and political transformation in our society. The researcher arrived at several results, including:1- The references of the political discourse in the Holy Quran contributed to the process of social change, which was sought to work on building the Muslim society according to the orders of Allah and Sunnah.2 - The Islamic political discourse in the Holy Quran has a great impact in directing the human being and preparing his energies to face the various changes of life towards moral perfection, and away from the taboos and speculations that harm and destroy the country and spoil the minds and conscience.3 - The frequent call to renew the Islamic political discourse in the Holy Quran in recent times led to the abuse of religion and its purposes.4- The Islamic political discourse must be based on science, justice, jurisprudence, people's conditions, and distance from all fanaticism and sect that began to attribute everything that they do in the name of religion and the rulings of Allah5. One of the most important elements of Islamic political and religious discourse is that it is based on moderation in order to achieve integrated societal change. Finally, the researcher presents some suggestions and recommendations to treat the problem of the study:1- Addressing extremist religious discourse with thought rather than violence by reforming the curricula and introducing modern media in the presentation of discourse.2. The Islamic political discourse should be directed to devising Islamic solutions and alternatives to all negative phenomena that lead to the collapse and dispersion of society.3 - Work on renewing thought and vision with all that is new and working to develop our Islamic political or religious discourse to cope with the present time.5-Islamic political or religious discourse should be positive in all aspects of life and benefit all people through achieving sustainable development and social justice.

Missing Texts from the book and the doctors’ virtues of Abdullah bin Gabriel Collecting, studying and investigating(D. 450 AH/ 1058 AD)
Iman Mahmoud
Hamadi Al-Obeidi
It is an obvious to say that the science of medicine is considered one of the sciences that Arab Muslims have known since an early time. The history of Muslims in the field of medicine and its precessions was not isolated from the history of Muslims in other sciences. Their cultural contributions, throughout the time of their existence, were accounted for them and their ancestors in the Arab and Islamic countries. My research focuses on the compiling of the missing historical texts from the book "The Virtues of the Physicians" by Ubaid Allah bin Gabriel (D 450 AH), the famous physician, whose ancestors were all famous and distinguished is craft in this craft in his time and age. This research was divided into two axes: the first was devoted to the definition of Ubaid Allah bin Gabriel (450 H), and to find out the details of his life and his writings and the year of his death. Then I have found that it was fair to take his scientific family in some details and accuracy due to their undeniable role in the field of Medicine. The sons of the parents have inherited the profession of medicine, since the days of their first grandfather, Georgios bin Gabriel, who was the chief of doctors of the soldiers of Yassbour. This family has served the Abbasid Caliphs since the time of the Caliph Abu Jaafar al-Mansour (137-158 AH / 754-77 AD). Their sons had inherited the profession, each in his reign and worked in the care of the Abbasid caliphs and their sons. It was from my approach, after taking his life in some detail, we should have a pause on the remaining of the book itself, considering it the mirror that reflects the origin of the missing book and deal with these texts on the basis of the book itself. It had been approved that the name of the book and its relation with Ubaid Allah bin Gabriel we have presented the subject of the book. I have been guided to study of the author's approach as much as still available texts of his mentioned book. It had been organized with the resources that he derived his book from. I have assumed that the method in citing them is to be according to the letters of the dictionary due to the unavailability of all the years of deaths of some of their translators. I have compiled, studied and edited some of the texts that I have found within some books. The second axe was devoted to the missing texts from the book "The Virtues of the Physicians", which amounted to (25 novels), and were included in the translations of thirteen doctors. I proceeded the Paper with a conclusion in which I have taken the most important results reached to in this research paper.

The Political and Religious Role of Moderation Discourse in Fulfilling Development and Social Prosperity
Mahmood Saleem Abdulrahman
Al-Shuat
The social media and communication imposes themselves on contemporary international society. They become an integral part of everyday life for individuals and different groups. Today, human beings cannot live without engaging with events around him, whether these events are local or international. The relationship between human beings and recent communication is mutual and interactive. No doubt, these communications are of importance to provide people with knowledge and sciences. However, if these modern technologies are employed appropriately in creating a moderate and sober political and religious discourse, peace and stability will be achieved. This situation will lead to a peaceful world with developed economy and social prosperity for all humanity. This proved that the role of social media is important in mitigating the political and religious discourse to achieve moderation, interaction and coexistence among the individuals in human societies, organizations and states in different walks of life. Here, the most important thing is how to invest these means of communications in creating a moderate political and religious discourse to achieve mutual and common understanding among different followers of religions. As we know, the problem lies not within religions but their followers. Religions cannot be going in fighting, but their followers do. The problem of the study is represented by setting up an international and media treaty which can be translated into principles by which conciliation and coexistence took place among societies. These principles should incriminate any media article which touches beliefs, political and religious figures, which, in turn, encourages argumentation and hatred among religions. These strategies should be done to guide means and media of discourse into mitigation of their political and religious discourse. It also meant to raise people’s awareness to deception and investigate truth. Moreover, there should be serious attempts to present sound discourse which brings together the different viewpoints of religions. This case will lead to create a healthy environment of investments which produce a strong economic reality. To achieve the above-mentioned aims, the researcher depends on a descriptive approach to describe theoretically the phenomena under study and to show its characteristics. The analytical-induction approach will also be employed to study the reality analytically. The reasons for this phenomenon will be revealed to diagnose the suitable solutions for the above aims. The study concludes that Islam religion is not a religion of hatred for others. Instead, it bears respect for other holy religions. According to Islam, Muslims should believe in other religions and messengers. So, it is important to employ modern means of communication and social media to achieve coexistence and love, and avoid hatred, extremity and killing. The researcher recommends that the laws of those countries and institutions where hatred and racism discourse are rife against Islam and Muslims should be studied to stand against them in courts. Therefore, individual actions should not be connected to particular group, religion, and nationality or ethnicity, especially actions of terrorism. There should be an international and media treaty which can be translated into principles by which conciliation and coexistence took place among societies. These principles should incriminate any media article which touches beliefs, political and religious figures.

Islamic Morals and Engagement with Non-Muslims.
AbdulMalik Mahmood
Mohammed
Islam is the religion of virtuous morality، the Quran and its constitution. In the Prophetic Sunnah، its manifestation، its details and its applications، Islam came to purify the human soul and elevate it by means of a noble morality in the form of principles، values، rules and laws.Perhaps it was provided for food and drink for its positive relationship with deeds، even if it is not a fact، then a person created it generously، where does he have to offer if he does not find the money? The acquisition of good morals takes place by reviewing the self for its actions and benefiting from the example and good companionAnd learning by practice and application and simulation، and may be lost some of these gains due to bad health، ignorance and emptiness and the corrupt environment، Whoever wants noble morals must work to achieve them، and be committed to honesty، loyalty and chastity and be patient and serious and perseverance and virility. The Quran is all noble rules، principles and values، the matter of virtue is the creation of noble and forbidding evil is the creation of noble and Quran is the strength of do and do not، and in the Prophet's Hadith there is a moral wealth expressed by the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his virtues and ethics and qualities and reports in the coming and go and in peace and war. In my study of Qur'anic ethics، I used the analytical method، documented in the Qur'anic verses and Hadiths extracted from the books of the Sihah. I gave them examples of the sayings of our righteous forefather who lived the period of putting Islamic principles into practice in the life of the individual، family and society which has turned many of them into "a Quran walking on earth".The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gathered among the people، the Muslim and the polytheistic، Christians and the Jews، the reluctant، even the hypocrite. The principle of politeness was far removed from the humiliation، weakness، complacency or complacency of the religion. Hence، I believe that we offer this noble Qur'anic ethics to the nation through the means available in the way that it can be delivered to the people to return them back to Islam، created by God Almighty to protect them from Evil and Satan and deviation that departs from the human mission that was originally found for it {And I (Allah) created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone)} and achieve good and happiness for them in this world and the Hereafter.

One of the important facilities in both cilivzed and rural milieus are that of education. Displaced people suffered hard conditions represented in the displacement. This needed the availability of some necessities particularly the education. Shaqlwa is one of the cities that polarized thousands of displaced people. This urged the responsible people to provide services especially schools. Fifteen schools were opened in eight buildings distributed everywhere in the city and there were many problems. The reasons behind these problems are the unstable state of the displaced people, most of them moved into the outskirts of the city and most of the schools were, in origin, tourist complexes rented from the federal ministry of education and these complexes are unsuitable to be used as schools .The study recommended that the ministry of education should have a strategy to face the crises which are related to the schools that need special services in the places that witness any kind of tensions .

Al-Jarajmeh is one of the movements that the Umayyad state encountered in the land of Sham. The transfer of the news of the Romans in those quarters in exchange for their exemption from tribute and enjoy great independence in their regions, their loyalty to the Arabs was volatile, and quickly violated the Covenant and declared their hostility to the Umayyad state, did not hesitate in the alliance with the Roman Byzantines as they became loyal to them implement policy They used the hostility and participated in their campaigns that targeted the Levant. Al-Jarajma exploited the difficult and difficult conditions that the Umayyad state was going through in carrying out their attacks and achieving their goals. This was aided by their geographic location. They used to flee to the mountains if they were endangered. Values of Moderation in Jahiliate Poetry and the Holy Quran
Tarraf Tarek
Alnahar-Adiyaman
khamees Fazah
Omair
The study aims at investigating the values of moderation in pre-Islam literature and comparing them with those included in the Holy Quran. Images in pre-Islam literature represent an important aspect of the values of the social and moral moderation common in the Arab society before Islam which continued hereafter. Islam has acknowledged these values and added another dimension by equating them with the reward people adhering to them get in the afterlife. These values and morals are represented by the word ‘prowess’ which includes assisting neighbors, maintaining ties with kinsmen, cooperation, solidarity, altruism, courage, generosity and faithfulness. To achieve its objective, the study adopts the descriptive and historical approach represented by analyzing texts to arrive at results. The most important findings of the study include;-Pre-Islam literature includes recurrent references to social and moral values.-The Holy Quran adds to these values by the rewards people adhering to these values get in the afterlife.-Arabs were famous for respecting these noble virtues whereas other neighboring nations were living in dark ages. This has qualified the Arabs to carry the message of Islam and disseminate it worldwide.-Adhering to these values and morals represented a controlling variable for the human behavior which by people in the community acknowledged and it participated in disseminating cooperation collaboration among them. The most important recommendations of the study include,-Directing the attention of scholars to focus on the Arab heritage to highlight the values and morals it embraces. There is a great need to revive these values and diffuse them in our communities. -Conducting an extended study on the values of moderation and comparing them with those in the Holy Quran, noble Prophet Sunnah and Islamic literature.

medicine and its international economical value, this research was performed( effect of climate in bees activity in Iraq, the study period depended on climate cycle(11) years and for four climate stations distributed throughout Iraq( Al- Mosul, Baghdad, Rutba and Basra) and focus on the most important effected climate elements on bees activity represented by( light period) for working hours of bees connected with light period, means that work of bees at day and not at night thus the daily maximum temperature was studied and calculating better months suitable for bees work and identifying the months effected on their activity lead to stop the bees from work and occasionally leads to their death, the general rates of wind speed and relative humidity and rain quantity and number of days for each station besides monthly contrast. The period light hours increased, and the general average of max. temperature does not differ among the stations and Mosul, Baghdad and Rutba stations, bees could work during autumn , winter and spring seasons and some of summer season for each station, as for Basra station bees work stop in summer and autumn months for temperature increase as for wind speed which is suitable for bees work in all stations for all months as for relative humidity whose percentage in the given stations is suitable in spring and winter and some of autumn months and the rain quantity is rare at Baghdad, Rutba and Basra thus it effected on the plant growth and they are in satisfied quantities in Mosul plant which are suitable to some extent in plant growth, as for the number of rainy days which are in general very rare in all plants and more rainy days in Mosul, rain in Iraq is fluctuated of short time, occasionally it is at night and it is time bees don't work, thus we could say that rainy days of an effect on bees work, and could overcome some of the climate problems effect on bees work thus bees are put in rural areas and digging water pools near them, and put beehive in a shadow or among trees, to decrease heat and avoid rain to fall on them and decrease one wind speed and increasing relative humidity.

Abstract The Religious Discourse and Its impact on the Young people (A socio-anthropological Reading of the Iraqi reality)
Hussein Khalil
Ibrahim
Mohammed Jamil
Ahmed
The religious discourse is considered one of the most important factors affecting the Iraqi society, which is characterized by its general nature as religious. Thus, religious discourse contributes in one way or another to the stability of the society or not. If employed in a positive way, it leads to cohesion and social wellbeing. While if it is negatively employed, the disintegration and deterioration of society will be the result. This is what we observed after 2003 and how the moderate religious discourse managed to maintain the bonds of society and the continuity of life in a natural way. This situation does not last forever. This same religious discourse is exploited by some of the hardliners and extremists in a negative way, which reflected negatively on the Iraqi reality, especially young people who embrace dangerous thoughts and abnormal extremist ideas. These ideas led the society towards conflict and collision, which led, in turn, to imbalance in the public order of society on the social, political, economic or cultural side. Then instability and the country's exposure to various terrorist attacks bring about the country into chaos, threats, murder, kidnapping and explosions in most areas of Iraq. The present paper aims to identify the most important types of religious discourse and its impact on young people as well as identify the negative or positive repercussions of religious discourse in society. The importance of the paper lies in the fact that it deals with a sensitive subject touching the reality of the Iraqi living and its impact on an important and effective segment of the society, that is, the youth in addition to the theoretical and practical aspects of the research. The focus of this paper is on the renewal of religious discourse, the various areas of this renewal, the most important obstacles that impede this process, highlight the features of the crisis facing such renewal, and the role of the new religious discourse in correcting the image of Islam to the other

Political Discourse in the Age of Prophecy and the Righteous Caliphs
Karim Ajeel
Al-Jubawi
Israa Tareq
Al-Jubouri
The present paper aims at finding out the objective reasons behind depending Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the righteous caliphs after him on a positive discourse. Moreover, it investigates the reasons of using negative discourse which are mostly adopted by their political enemies and knows the consequent results behind adopting those two discourses. We mentioned examples for a positive discourse from above mentioned ages. We choose examples of political discourse for leaders of Mecca and several contemporary kings whose discourse was not identical. For example, the discourse of non-believers of Mecca, king of Kisra, the king of Sassanian State was a negative discourse while the discourse of Al-Muqawqis, king of state of Abyssinia was a positive one. It has shown that the positive discourse by which Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and the righteous caliphs depended on achieves a cultural transition in the reality of the state and society’s affairs in addition to its relation to other societies. So, Islam is spread in Medina (Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah) and Mecca (Makkah Al-Mukarramah) among Arabs of Arabian Peninsula. Though different tribes, they obey one state, the state of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and then the state of the righteous caliphs which follows the same positive discourse and values of Prophet’s state. In doing so, they preserve the political, ideological and societal unity which is achieved during the age of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). They make it a reality which is prevalent with security, ideological freedom, and social justice. In such society, everything is available to all. The opportunities of good life, cultural and ideological development which enable the individual according to his abilities to ascend the social ladder in society are there. The same goals are fulfilled in the Levant, Iraq and Egypt because they depend on the same political discourse which is translated into tangible reality in the life of people. They live in a prosperous way in contrast to those states which lack human values, human positive discourse and just legislations whose target is society not particular class or individual. The positive discourse which is adopted by the Negus, king of Abyssinia succeeds in achieving the same results. The rule of this state continues and establishes good relationships with Islamic-Arab state and other states. Contrastingly, the negative discourse, among other reasons, brings about disastrous results for the states which are going through the state of Prophet (PBUH) and the righteous caliphs. Among these states are the state of Persia which confronts Prophet’s discourse with negative discourse and steps. Consequently, its rule is vanished in the time of the righteous caliphs while its people bestow with luxury and prosperity. This proved the saying of the Holy Quran, “O mankind. Indeed, We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted”.

The The paper concluded by the use of the remote sensing,R.S and geographic information system, GIS and classifying the earthen cover that the human inhabited area is(23.4 sequer K.M.) what equals(%1.3) of the total area of the study. The employment of the agricultural land is(484.1sequer K.M.) ,(%27.2) while the employment of the pastoral land is(518.3 sequer K.M.),(%29.2), the humid land is(351.3 sequar K.M.) ,(%28.3),deserted lands make an area of(241.1 sequer K.M.),(%14.0) of the total area of Shaqlawa. The roads are varied in length and its total length is(351 sequar K.M).The reason of the length is that these roads are not straightforward due to the effect of the mountain declivities like the declivities in Berman, Saffeen ,Hareer,Siblik and Shakrok mountains . The classification stated that the inhabited and agricultural areas are small in comparison to the pastoral area because a large area of the land in Shaqlawa could not be used for inhabitation or agriculture because of the declivities so it is used for other purposes such as posterity

The policy of moderation in the Arab world The Policy of Moderation in Arab Homeland
Ayad Nadum
Jassim
This paper is about the enhancement of moderation policy in Arab Homeland in view of the events and variants on the Arab scene, notably, contradictions, ideas, and opposing policies that led to marginalize the other under successive governments in power. The paper seeks to answer the question of how to empower the policy of moderation in Arab Homeland and the form of such policy that Arab project can adopt in the face of current challenges. The problem the paper addresses is that the establishment of a moderation policy in Arab Homeland is a goal that many seek to achieve because the current conditions of the Arab countries, such as crises and wars, prove to be a barrier to such a policy. The foundation of a policy of moderation is up to the regime in power as the extent of applying such a moderation policy depends on the Arab governments. The role of these government lies in enhancing moderation policy and realizing its religious, legal, and social aspects, which are themselves the goals of the Arab peoples. This is where this paper starts as an attempt to enhance such a moderation policy to help Arab people ascend to the highest values of moderation and away from extremism that comes to mark Muslims nowadays. The paper uses the theoretical approach through the investigation of the experience of Arab countries in facing challenges like terrorism and extremism. The paper seeks to construct a unified policy that Arab countries can adopt to face such challenges as the crisis of extremism and establish a constructive dialogue among all sides of community to form an effective government that can face all dangers and establish political, social, and legal justice. Major among the findings and recommendations of the paper are that the original inception of Islam is to establish social justice and bring justice to the oppressed. It emphasized all forms of cooperation and that the establishment of political stability can lead to moderation. This can lead to democracy and the desired end of achieving societal security and observation of human rights. The more these values were rooted in Arab communities the closer we approach the conception of security and stability. Any breach of these conceptions can deteriorate our security and social situation. These are not a trait that a given group, movement, or Islamic party can monopolize. It should be a trait of the whole Islamic nation.

Moderation in the Thought of Malik Bin Nabi and its Role in Achieving Balanced Discourse and Societal Development: Reading in the Thought of Malik Bin Nabi
Muaminah Zakiyah
Karfis
Islam has introduced the metaphysical vision to strengthen societal ties and focus them around the idea of benevolence in speech and actions. This is because paradoxes among masses are an unexplainable phenomenon in the Islamic community. Moreover, the individual’s volition usually springs from the general framework of the community being part of it. In addition, building homelands is based on building the human being. The more the community is coherent and ideas in it have functional roles, the more systematic the individual’s volition and the more competitive the efforts in its active move. In this light, the study attempts to highlight the role of thought of the great scholar Malik Bin Nabi in achieving coordination between moderation in the religious and political types of discourse being fundamental units in enhancing societal development. This can be achieved by answering the following questions; -What is the effect of the thought of moderation of Malik Bin Nabi in achieving balanced discourse and societal development?-Is the role of the preacher confined to correcting doctrines and religious details or in renewing the way of proposing things?-Does moderation in the religious and political discourse represent an intellectual or social necessity?-To what extent can moderate discourse contribute to achieving and fostering social development? To answer these questions, the study adopts the descriptive analytical approach to explain Ibn Nabi’s project which he called “Provisions of Development” within a small sample consisting of his two books; “The Role of the Muslim in the Twenty Second Century” and “The Birth of the Society”. The study concludes that moderation is a social necessity before being a religious obligation. The balanced discourse participates in communicating messages and achieving objectives without resorting to extremist tools for persuasion.

By reading the language of the two revealations (the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Hadith) we find that it was and remains an example to be followed in the calm of the discourse and the power of persuasion and can benefit from this linguistic energy by using its means to call the community and guidance in order to achieve the community peace, was the title of research (means of language in common Moderate social discourse, the language of the Wahines as a model)The aim of the research: To stand on the linguistic approaches in the language of the Wahhabis, which has been used in the prevalence of moderate discourse between society and its statement to our society in order to benefit from it.The problem of research: There is confusion and inaccuracy in addressing people and understanding the texts of revelation, the researcher wanted to study the methods of the language of the Levines in order to activate them and take their role in benefiting from them in directing people.Research Methodology: The analytical descriptive approach by means of a sample that is studied with the meanings of the language of the Holy Quran and the Hadith. The research was divided into four demands preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. The first is the path of moderation in society. The third is dialogue (the path of persuasion in society), and the fourth (the purposeful story for the welfare of society).Research findings and recommendations: The study found that the linguistic method in the language of the Levites has a special character in guiding people and calling them according to their status, status and status by example (dialogue, exposure, story). The Mind and Its Effect on Understanding Moderation in Religious Discourse
Hadi Obaid Hassan
Al-Wasi
Human beings take a long time in rational elegancy. So, we can address their mind directly. Addressing mind is more comprehensive, permanent and stable. Therefore; holy Quran was the miracle of Prophet Mahammad (PBUH) to the doomsday. Allah creates the mind and made it the source of trust. So, legal discourse addresses mind because it is the source of understanding and perception by which human will obeyed. Some predecessors said, “the mind is the case of Allah over all creators”. The Aim of the Study: the present paper hypotheses that if the human discourse is not rational, it will be meaningless and worthless. Accordingly, it should be reformulated to cope with time, place and different human communities. Methodology: the paper includes an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. Chapter one is concerned with the concept of the mind, moderation and religious discourse which covers the definition of the mind, moderation and religious discourse linguistically and idiomatically. Chapter two deals with the restrictions of moderation in understanding religious discourse (this should be in agreement with the spirit of the age, mind and experience. So, we perceive that human discourse depends on basic restrictions of moderation whose benefits appear and establish in the mind and heart of new generations. Their values can be named as the restrictions of religious discourse) Chapter three tackles the consequent effects on obstructing the minds in understanding religious discourse (it shows that the discourse is misunderstood by their advocators more than opposed. Religion begins isolating from life to the extent that the pulpit disintegrates from the prayers inside mosque before isolating from society outside the mosque. In doing so, we lose the activity of a religious discourse. The results of the Analysis: certain things should be taken into concertation in human discourse, that is, addressing human mind and his innate sound nature. It is so because it addresses human mind and gives it its spiritual power. So, the weak will be strong. The defeated people will be victorious. Consequently, the discourse should be established on the standard of justice scale between passion and mind. Moreover, each discourse should be given its status and subject because the discourse nowadays is preoccupied with passion which made it crippled to confront reality.

M. Mukhlif
The study aims to explore the spatial variation of age structure indexes namely, total independence ratio and aging index for the population in Ramadi and Falluja cities for the period from 1997 to 2016. It consists of three parts, the first studies the population in Ramadi and Falluja cities in terms of the development in their population, its rate of growth, environmental distribution (urban – rural) and aging structure. The second part focuses on the aging index in these two cities regarding the total aging index, aging index of the urban population and aging index of the rural population. The third part deals with the total independence ratio in the two cities. It tackles the total independence ratio, the total independence ratio of the urban population and the total independence ratio of the rural population. The findings of the study show that the change in the aging index was less than (1%) and its path was not altogether positive from 1997 to 2016, rather it was negative. This was due to the low percentage of aged people in 2016. The increase in this percentage was due to the remarkable decrease in the percentage of young people number in the same year, not as a result of the effect of the percentage of aged people. As for the variation, it did not exceed (1%) in the urban of rural areas for the whole population. The findings also show a decrease in the total theoretical independence ratio in the two cities, it was more than (30%) in the urban areas and more than (40%) in the rural areas as well as the whole population. This was due to the decrease in the percentage of the young and aged people and the increase in the percentage of the medium aged group. The independence ratio in the rural areas was higher than that in the urban areas. Moreover, the variation between the two cities was less than (5%) in the rural, urban areas and the total number of the population.

The Effect of Linguistic Indication on the Interpretation of Ayahs of Moderation into ‘Justice’ in the Religious Discourse
Hatim Hamdan
Ibraheem Ali
The study aims to associate the linguistic meaning with its associative meaning in the mind. This is because interpreters, in their understanding of the meaning of the Holy Quran, depend on linguistic indications (lexicographical, grammatical, morphological) in terms of language. This is what logicians call equivalence between the form and its exact meaning, for example, the expression ‘middle’ means to be between two things. Moreover, the text has an interpretation carried over by the utterance in terms of meaning. This is called consistency as in the interpretation of the word ‘middle’ to mean ‘justice’ as associated in the mind with the linguistic meaning. In this light, the study aims at exploring the linguistic meaning of expressions of moderation as truth conditions and their interpretations as meaning ‘justice’ as associated in the mind. To achieve this objective, the data for analysis (moderation expressions; middle, in the middle, average, moderate and midst) have been collected from five Ayahs. The study adopts the analytical approach by analyzing the expressions as understood on the basis of the mentioned indications. The most important findings of the study include;-The expression ‘middle’ means ‘in the middle’ as its identical meaning, which is its truth condition. In addition, it means ‘justice’ as understood from the consistency indication or what is so called metonymy. Hence, the expression ‘middle’ is derived as a root for emphasis purposes without interpretation or deletion. Also, in the declension of the prepositional phrase ‘from the average’, there are two opinions. The one stating that they are adjectival for the second object was preferred because the exact meaning is incomplete without it. The recommendation to be derived from the study is the need not to separate between the linguistic indication and the probable meaning of this indication. Moreover, the study also recommends the need not to separate between the three indications in deriving the potential meaning of the text.

The Call Of Islamic Philosophy To Moderation In Religious Discourse: Ibn Rushd As A Model- A Descriptive Study
Wafaa
Kadum Ali
Ibrahim
Rajab Abdullah
Because moderation in discourse is an important contemporary topic, we examined one side of moderation in this research. The title of our research is "the call of Islamic philosophy to moderation in religious discourse: Ibn Rushd as a model- a descriptive study". we collect texts that relate to this topic from the mothers of philosophical books. And then we have studied a descriptive study of what it is, or what it is in the philosophical sense. The second was entitled Ibn Rushd's call for moderation in the religious discourse, in which we dealt with Ibn Rushd's treatment of the issues of Islam and Islam. In beliefs. And we reached the conclusion that moderation and the call of others is the natural approach and adopted in the circles of Islamic thought in general, and that they are not pretentious in their call these and are not those who brag about them in vain as the case of the West today, the approach of moderation is not then the origin of this era, In his philosophical discourse, Ibn Rushd addressed subtle issues in the doctrines, in which religious scholars called for the commitment of moderation in these serious matters and to return to power in those texts that are clear to the public and the scholars As well. Finally, we must read our Islamic thought carefully to show the strengths and the disclosure for our future generations and benefit from them in the art and skills of dealing with each other as well as dealing with the other and revealing the goals and intentions of those who try to falsify and marginalize our original Islamic thought and accused him of lies and falsehoods

pparatus in Mosul and its role in establishing security 1623-1726
Imad Kareem Abass
Al-Rawi
The interest of the Ottoman Government in the military field have been fluctuated in the province of Mosul according to the prevailing situation at that time .The increase in these interests have a direct connection with the ottoman-Persian wars as well as the rebellions that were taking place in the other Iraqi provinces as a result for the significance site of Mosul . In addition ,this significance increase because of the frontier position of Mosul which was a center for the ottoman campaigns toward Persia( iran ) ,Baghdad , and Basrah province . clearly, the significance of this interest is asserted through the diversity in the sorts and forms of the military field . this part of military has maintained the security and stability inside the province of Mosul and abroad through the execution of the military campaigns and settled the disputation in the north of Iraq during the 17th century and the first decade of 18 th century .

The Creative Chaos and its effects on Arab Republic of Egypt A study in Geopolitics
Ahmed
D. H
Abdul Rahman
H
It is clear from our study that the theory of creative chaos was formulated on the basis of a number of academic and strategic thinkers as a strategic theory, which was applied in the Middle East countries, especially in Egypt. It used the media, which was instrumental in stirring up events, What is noticeable in this study is that the United States has changed its policy towards Egypt, sometimes supporting the demonstrators and sometimes supporting those who suppress the demonstrators. Therefore, the United States of America overrides its interests over others, regardless of the effects of its policy towards other countries. Therefore, the chaos of the Egyptian people has left several traces, summarized by the study, including what is political and economic and social, which will have future effects on Egypt. The Egyptian people will suffer for many generations of these effects, if not the situation, and contain the crisis, , Overcoming this crisis requires the people's solidarity with the state.

Role of the School in Casting Violence aAway 7 Boosting Moderation
Mowafaq
Najem Abood
The problem of violence is one of the problems that Iraqi schools face in particular. This is undoubtedly rejected behavior in all its different forms and in all human societies. The phenomenon of violence and extremism is a very complex social phenomena because of its multiple dimensions and its intertwined causes and different patterns.Education is basically aimed at re-shaping and forming the individual who in turn contributes to the formulation and construction of society in a manner that satisfies the members of society and in accordance with its goals designed to preserve its identity and enable it to remain a cohesive and strong society .. The school must be safe and safe for all students , Because it is an extension of the family on the one hand and an institution created by society to play a social, cultural and educational role that aims to prepare the student for life. The method of treating the student in school is an important factor in the sense of security or not, the method of dealing with students is characterized by violence and cruelty and neglect and This was a threat to the student's psychological security in school and in life, leading to anxiety, fear, tension, cruelty, violence, deviation and extremism. The problem of research: The search for the phenomenon of school violence and its factors and social variables. The school has an important role in socialization as important as the role of the family in society, but it is noted that the school has abandoned its role in socialization and social control.Research Methodology The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach by studying the previous studies to find out the causes of violence in schools and analyze them and provide a logical explanation for this phenomenon and how the school can spread the culture of moderation and non-violence.The results of the research: The one that makes the violence increase in the school is the lack of attention to this problem as the focus of the interest on the limits of school responsibility only. The principle of regularity, commitment, respect for standards, regulations and respect for others in schools reflects the positive social interactions within the school. Education generally focuses on aspects of the educational process and education, and neglects the other aspects of humanity associated with the teacher and learner and the external and internal environment of the school community. This means that there is an omission and lack of attention from educational institutions on the psychological and social aspects and the educational environment and the psychological and social needs of students. Due to the lack of proper educational planning and in light of the disparity in the input of education on its outputs, unemployment and marginalization. And failure in educational development plans and educational curricula and means, where the objectives of education is dedicated to indoctrination, repetition and conservation without creating a creative manKey Recommendations: Use non-violent strategies for teaching and learning, and follow disciplinary measures not based on fear, threat, humiliation, or physical force. And legislation to prohibit corporal punishment in schools

The role of Iraqi political forces In the events of Mosul, 1959
saif Adnan Arhiyym
al-Qaisi
The struggle of the Iraqi political forces with the left-wing ideologies, especially after the revolution of July 14, 1958, led to the fragmentation of the Iraqi society, which is characterized by a national-religious diversity, which contributed to the disruption of the social components of Iraq. Right and left forces. The forces of different visions did not try to put forward political, economic and social programs that help solve the problems of Iraq. They left their programs to adhere to the imposition of their power on the Iraqi street and adopt the slogan of violence to liquidate dissenting opponents. These forces, for their part, transformed their ideological differences into an armed conflict that was violent and challenging. The first of these differences was Mosul, which had a social diversity that was difficult to reconcile and which was reinforced by the legislation of the July 14, 1958, In addition, it has opened the doors of the army wide to opposing forces to bet on the army to achieve its objectives. The events of Shawaf, which exploited this contradiction to achieve its objectives, have left a situation of instability witnessed by Iraq as a whole, and Mosul in particular because it has left far-reaching effects that successive governments have not seen with a vision and trying to examine the roots of the social problem that the society suffers and has imposed its policy without considering that there are social forces Differ with them in many issues and visions.

Abdulkareem

Extremism is of different grades and various forms. It results in violence and terrorism and it renders others its target. The consequences of extremism (in all its forms; sectarian, racial, national, i.e.,) have become clear through out the incidents the country ghas passed through in the last years. They have been clear in forms of social violence and the lack of dialogue in the various issues. This is the most challenging issue which the community in general and the young students at the university level in particular encounter. What makes more dangerious is its widespread effect and the fatal problems associated with it. In light of this, the study represents a scientific field attempt on a sample of university students to understand their psychological and behavioural aspects and the negative psychological consequences resulting from the problems they encountered. The significance of this study comes from its contribution to develop councelling and curing programs pertaining to the problem addressed in this study based on its findings. Hence, the study aims to identify the level of extremism in students at the University of Anbar to highlight differences in extremism on two variables; type and specialization. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample consisting of 400 (192 male and 208 female students) distributed into 6 faculties has been selected to build a psychological measure for extremism. Moreover, 300 (144 male and 156 female students) distributed into 4 faculties to represent the basic sample to achieve the objectives of the study. A measurement for extremism consisting of 48 prompts has been designed. Various types of reliability and validity of the measurement have been extracted. Using the SPSS, the following conclusions could be arrived at;1.Students in the sample of the study have a level of extremism slightly less than average. 2.There are no statistically significant differences at (0.5) in the level of extremism according to the two variables of type and specialization. In light of these findings, a number of recommendations and proposals have been put forward. These include; -Designing a practical strategy to confront extremism through the utilization of awareness programs in the audiovisual channels in order to mitigate the effects of causes of extremism.-Planning guidance programs, means and activities to confront extremism trends.

Moderation in the Discourse of Prophet Muhammed and its Effect on Changing the Civil society
Abdullah
M. Fahad
Intissar Sami
Ibraheem
It is acknowledged that discourse has a great effect in directing people and preparing their potentials to confront the different changes in life. Hence, this type of noble prophetic discourse has been dedicated to polish ideas, correct conduct, and develop social standard, which are the main goals of change. Since several reformation attempts have failed because they lack the simplest requirements for directed discourse, this study attempts to introduce a real historical experiment in making a remarkable change whose implications can still be seen today. This experiment has been achieved in a short time due to the real stae of the society before and after change. Since moderation in reformers’ discourse aims to achieve comprehensive societal change, it should be based on solid pillars which positively affect spirits. It should encompass all groups and people being the cornerstone in building the society. The purity of discourse means the security of the whole society. Accordingly, Prophet Muhammed used to take utmost care of the Muslim in his discourse. In light of this, the study exposes samples of the Prophet’s discourse being the first founder of the Islamic state. It explores how these discourses handled the most fatal issues in his missionan in an outstanding moderation. Thus, tolerance, integration and coordination have replaced extremism and violence, making a civil social change despite the various religions and groups. Hence, effect of discourse on the spirits and minds was stronger than any other force. The findings of the study include;Directing contemporary religious and political discourse to propose solutions and Islamic alternatives for all phenomena and handling religious discourse with reason not violence. Moderate discourse has a great role in fighting disructive ideas which threaten the peace and security of the society. Raising the community can be done through reforming teaching curricula and introducing live model in all types of discourse to achieve change. The role of our Islamic heritage should be highlighted due to its mediating and moderation which represent the approach of life since they lead to safety.

Conflict of Values in the Light of contemporary scientific Changes and its Relations to intellectual Security of University Students
Rabia Mani Zaidan
Al-hamadani
Awan Kadum
aziz al-Khashmani
System of values in all societies is subject to constant change due to the changes in society itself and the rise of new needs and requirements. But such changes caused inherited and acquired values to fluctuate and be unstable and an apparent weakness in the ability of many young people to select between what is correct and what is wrong of the conflicting values. This caused a crisis of values that greatly motivated youth to rebel and revolt against the values and beliefs of society. It caused a gap in their mentality and beliefs which subsequently turned into a focal point of their struggle with self and between self and society. This led to escalate the phenomenon of value conflict. The issue of intellectual security is important among the priorities of society in order to avoid the distraction of national feelings and the penetration of divergent intellectual trends. This paper seeks to identify the extent of value conflict and the extent of intellectual security. It also aims to identify the relationship between value conflict and intellectual security of university students by using the descriptive method of research. The sample of the study consists of 200 students of both sexes. The researchers prepared the instrument for measuring the degree of mental conflict and apply the instrument for measuring intellectual security previously constructed by Al-Janabi (2018). The researchers used appropriate statistical means, like T test for an independent one sample or two and Pearson coefficient. After analyzing the results of the study statistically the researchers arrived at the following findings: The level of value conflit among university students is generally between fair and high whereas the level of intellectual security for the study sample was weak. The researcher also found a negative correlation between value conflict and intellectual security in the sample of the study. The paper presents the following recommendations and suggestions: Attention should be directed to the spiritual side of the personality of the university student in order to enhance his/her values and will and immune him/her psychologically to preserve his/her individual and social identity and to safeguard value conflict and enhance their intellectual security.

Kamalian Diplomacy and its Role in Declining the Treaty of Sevre 1920-1922
The Othman State fought WWI 1914-18 alongside with Germany while it was weak and exhausted. Its heavy legacy was shared by the coalition countries. Those countries made a secret treaty during the course of the war to divide that legacy among them. When the war ended this treaty was put in action especially in the peace conference in Paris which enforced the Treaty of Sèvres. The Turkish people refused the will of those countries and led the Turkish independence war which took two courses. The first was to eliminate internal enemies of the Turkish patriotic movement; and the second was to face foreign occupations of Turkish soil. The Turkish patriotic movement was able to achieve military victory on both sides. It forced the international forces to make an agreement to achieve a diplomatic victory. Due to the changes in the Turkish scene, those powers were forced to held many conferences to review the Treaty of Sèvres in attempt to amend it. The Kamalian presence was prominent in those conferences. He was able to force the international powers to admit the rights of the Turkish people. When there was a hardship in the attitudes, the military solution was available to support the negotiations. The victory of the Turkish army on Greece forced the coalition countries to sit down with the Turkish government and admit the rights of the people by declining the Treaty of Sèvres and negotiating peace.

The religious moderation platform contained an objective study of great appeal. It included the religious and social dimensions. The article included an objective study of the Islamic media represented by the religious forum at the religious and social levels because of its importance. It includes three forums: the questionable, failure, and working forum. Moderate Discourse and its Educational and Behavioural Role in the Life of Iraqi Children
Adnan
Khalaf Sahi
Several educational and psychological studies have made extensive contributions into the behavioural activity of children to identify the influential instruments affecting this behavior to put things in their logical context. The aim has been to arrive at an activiation of the positive model in the chidren behavior so as to render them active participants in establishing the human nature on a general social balanced and harmonious basis. Hence, moderate discourse within this orientation represents an active tool in building these behavioures to eventually render the society of a distinguished character immune against dissociation and corruption. In light of this, the study aimes to explore the role played by moderate discourse in the educational and behavioural life of Iraqi children. It formulated its theoretical framework in two sections. The first is ‘the concept of moderate discourse’ which focuses on exploring the psychological dimension of the concept of discourse. The second section is ‘raising the child behavioure through moderate discourse’. It addresses the criteria adopted in moderate discourse in rasing the child behavioure. Utilizing the theoretical framework in accordance with the literary approach, the study attempts to generally discuss the subject to arrive at some conclusions including;1.Moderate discourse is a phenomenon in the psychological texture which renders the child a typical life that respects human rights and fosters virtue and high values. 2.Moderate discourse disseminates various ideas which direct the child to take real steps towards the unity and intergration of the society.3.The society dynamism develops with the moderate discourse. Consequently, the child’s life in Iraq has become an active culture through the child expressed his/her ambitions to achieve typical values. 4.Moderate discourse has encouraged activity in the child’s personality and the aptitude to affect the present and elevate it to the meanings of unity and social integration

The concept and origin of The Old Testament in the light of critical theories
Imad khudhair
Salman
The Old Testament is the name Christians used for the Bible in the Jews, as distinct from the Bible, which they called the New Testament. Christians collected the two books in one book, called the Bible. The Jews call their holy books, the Torah, The Prophets and the Ketubot, and they call it the Hebrew Bible. The Old Testament is divided into: Three main sections: The first section: The Torah Torah: means the law, and includes the five books attributed to Moses peace be upon him. The second section: The Prophets: The names of the Prophets are related to one of two things: either to refer to the authorship of the Prophets of these books, or to speak of some of the prophets of the Children of Israel. These books tell the story of the children of Israel after Moses, peace be upon him, until after the return of the Babylonian families to Palestine, and rebuild the temple again. Jewish religion, as it is known, developed and integrated during the Jewish captivity in Babylon. The first books of the Torah began to take shape, now that the Jews were in captivity, which ended in 538 BC. After a period of more than half a century. However, some researchers believe that the Old Testament, including the Torah, has been misrepresented, altered, deleted and added to fit the situation of the Jews during the Babylonian families, and beyond, meaning that the Old Testament after almost eight centuries of The time of the Prophet Moses, which dates back to the thirteenth century BC. The nature of The research required that it be divided into: three sections: The first topic, the concept of the Old Testament, which dealt with the concept of the Old Testament and the sections of the Old Testament and its travels. The second section, entitled "Sources of the Old Testament", talks about the origins of the Old Testament, from which Judaism derived its origins and laws. The third and final topic, entitled "Criticism of the Old Testament", dealt with the critique of the Old Testament narratives through some of their inks from Westerners and Christians.

The Words of Moderation and Tolerance in the Prophet's Hadith Saheeh al-Bukhari as a model”: A Symantic Approach “
Tagrid
Hreiz Mohammed
The linguists take different approaches to know the meaning of the word and explore its secrets, whether by taking them from the Arabs or Arabic tribes and asking them about the meanings of what is vague or the narration about the scholars.Since the Prophet's Hadith is one of the principles adopted in the statement of Islamic concepts, the usefulness of this paper is to limit the meanings of the words of moderation and tolerance expressed by the Messenger of Allah in Saheeh al-Bukhaari, follow the lexical meaning of each word, the relationship between them and the meanings used in the Hadith, as well as the clarification of the meanings and the precise differences between it and the rest of the word The paper presents an analytical study of the meanings of the two terms of moderation and tolerance in the Hadith through the presentation of the Hadiths, which indicate a basic or secondary meaning of these two words, the linguistic and linguistic concept of each word, and the extent to which it relates to the reality of Muslims in order to spread peace and establish the principles of peaceful coexistence between Muslims and others. The results of the paper are no less important than the bases on which it was based. It should be pointed out that the principles of the Islamic religion are moderate and tolerated with all its sub-meanings. It is not a jurisprudence or a political decision but an Islamic legislation that is not subject to circumstances or human jurisprudence. The foundations on which the rights of Muslims and non - Muslims in Islam is a deep link to the origin of faith. Therefore, we find the sons of Adam since the first sight of creation are equal in the rights and duties. The most important recommendations through which to make this paper successful are:_ The Prophet's Hadiths include an integrated approach to deal with the problems of human life. This may be represented in dealing with the violators and acceptance of the other, as well as the human dimension in social relations. This can only be achieved through the study of these honourable Hadiths._ Working on the development of the educational and learning systems with faitful framework in the light of the presentation of these Hadiths that show moderation and move away from extremism and extravagance. They should set up the principles of tolerance, forgiveness, kindness and facilitation which help to guide the community properly and sensebily._ The need to encourage scientists, preachers, university professors, teachers and community leaders to study the biography of Prophet (Sera) in all its dimensions and to show human and civilization values in the Prophet's Hadiths. It is also done to explain the basis of the biography and how to benefit from it to face the challenges facing the reality of Muslims in the world._ Interest in the curriculum, especially with regard to the science of the Quran and Hadith and avoid the indoctrination which is not associated with the work. Moreover, there is a need to activate the methods of analysis and description, development and conitive study. Students should be obligated to follow them in their stages of study in an attempt to solve the problems of the Islamic community

The Role of Intellectual Immunity in Confronting Idol Thought from the Perspective of Students at the University of Anbar
AbdulWahed Hameed
Al-Kubaisi
Some of the Iraqi cities have passed through impressive crises. The basis of these crises is the hegemony over the mentality of some of the people in these communities. The results of this hegemony are displacement and destruction. However, the question to be raised is what pushed these people to adopt alien thoughts? One of the reason behind this situation might be the lack of enough intellectual immunity to stand against this perverse thought. Thus, these people adopted intellectual idolism and became imprisoned by a stagnant mentality that deters development, progress and dialogue. They are passing through darkness that destroyed them and their communities. In light of this, the study aims to measure the level of intellectual immunity and idol thought for the students at the University of Anbar. It attempts to answer the following question; Is there any relationship between intellectual immunity and idol thought? To address this question, the study adopts the analytical descriptive approach which quantitatively and qualitatively describes this phenomenon via collecting data and classifying them for analysis and finding relations among the different variables of the phenomenon in order to explain it. The study sample consists of 210 female and male students at the College of Education for Humanities and the College of Education for Pure Sciences. Two instrument have been used to measure the intellectual immunity and the idol thought. In addition, validity and reliability tests have been carried out using suitable statistical tools. The findings of the study indicate a medium level of intellectual immunity and no idolism thought among the study sample, whereby the mean was less than the average. There are no statistically significant differences in gender or field of specialization in immunity and idol thought. The reasons behind this can be attributed to the homogeneity of the conditions surrounding all participants in the study. There has been a correlative reverse relationship between immunity and idolism, i.e., the higher the intellectual immunity, the lower the idol thought. This finding is reasonable since ideas in the minds of people represent the main dynamo and the motive of all their activities and behaviors. The more these ideas are sound and based on scientific, rational and logical basis, the more the people become developed, creative and ready to sacrifice.

Ahmed Muhammad Al-Numan and his Political Role in Yemen (1909-1996)
Muneer
Abood Jedia’
Ahmed Muhammed AL-Numan is an educated politician who played a vital role in the modern history of Yemen. He left a clear touch that can be observed by whoever concerned in the Yemeni situation. The first political activity he did was the establishment of a school, as a tactic to emphasize the significance of education and its approach. The policy of modernization he adopted had contributed in the emergence of the republic regime in 1962. However, he soon found himself in a dispute with the republican revolutionists themselves, hence, he chose exile. He was appointed in different positions including the dean of education in Taiz in 1941, minister of agriculture in 1948, permanent representative of Yemen in the Arab League from 1963-1967 and prime minister for two terms; the first in 1965 and the second in 1971. The objective of the study is to highlight the moderate diplomatic role adopted by Al-Numan. For that end, the study adopts the analytical descriptive approach of references, documents and different journals to arrive at the historically documented truth to meticulously investigate the stances taken by this character. The findings of the study show that Al-Numan adopted moderation in his political and cultural work. His rich experience is Egypt is the best evidence for this. However, he faced criticisms from religious and national Marxist bodies that fell short of forcing him to retreat. Moreover, the findings show that this character has passed through two stages; the religious bringing up within a traditional society and the political prominence and the move to a new stage towards a moderate diplomacy influenced by the near Arab illumination and the reformation call for which he has devoted most of his life. This has left clear effects on the Yemeni society.

Abstract The Effect of Social Media on Intellectual Extremity for University Students: A Comparative Study between University of Saida and University of Anbar
Aish
Sabah
Omer Khalaf
Al-Shujairi
The means of social media have changed the path of communications because of modern technology, easy use of communicative sites and their abrupt spread which made the world a small village. These means become one of the essential factors which change orientations, behaviours and thoughts. The present paper aims at identifying the level of social media addiction and the intellectual extremity for students of Algeria and Iraq. Moreover, it reveals the effect of social media on intellectual extremity. The study has been performed on a sample which consists of (174) male/female student in both universities: University of Anbar in Iraq and University of Saida in Algeria. The sample of the study is chosen at randomly. To achieve the aims of the study, the descriptive approach has been used, depending on two criteria. These criteria represent the Social Media Addiction by safi Amani Mohammed (2017) and Intellectual Extremity by Ismael Rashad (2013). The data of the study have been treated statistically for social sciences by using T-Test for one sample; deviation and coefficient correlation of Person to estimate the validity and Alfa Krunpakh to estimate the stability. The study concludes that there is a high level of social media sites addiction where mathematical mean for the whole sample is 57.2701. It is bigger than theoretical mean 54 with statistical value 0.01. The study also arrives at the fact that there is a high level of intellectual extremity for students of Iraq and Algeria where mathematical mean is 82.5747. It is bigger than theoretical mean 78 with statistical value 0.01. The study proves that communicative sites affect intellectual extremity where interpretative power for the model (0.541) =R2. It is a high interpretative power which means that social media sites addiction interprets 53% of dependent variable (intellectual extremity). The results of the study are discussed according to theoretical framework, previous studies and the characteristics of the sample of the study. The researchers recommend that there is an urgent need to encourage youths to use social media sites in sound and secured way. The focus should be on educational aspects of these sites.

The Media Discourse between the Manufacture of Extremism and the Treatment of Deviation
Belhassan
Al Yahyaoui
The media institution has become one of the most influential things in the formation of a culture of a society and directing public opinion which reflects negatively or positively on the movement of development. This is so from what the media represents as a discourse dealing with the variables and components of social reality and its basic issues which is related to the mechanisms of dialogue, its systems and industry in relation to the nature of social forces, their modes of thinking, its beliefs and guidance in a changing world. This study seeks to analyze the modern media discourse and dismantle its mechanisms by exposing its motives, revealing its objectives, and showing its impact on society, its functions and general characteristics which is formed according to economic, cultural, and political changes in our current time. This issue has been the focus of many intellectuals and writers who draw the attention to the mechanisms of disinformation and manipulation of minds and moods with the aim of producing a typical consumer object in the power of the new global extremist regime. This regime is extremist in its speech and practices and the possession of authority and mechanisms of guidance and industry of public opinion. Working in media section is a helpful factor in implemeting this papr in addition to the works that dealt with the media discourse of criticism, analysis and dissocition, including: The Manipulators of the Minds by Herbert A. Shiler and The Pyscholgy of the Masses by Gustav Le Bon, especially The Trap of Globalization by Hans Peter Martin and Har Dushman. It has shown that the need for a moderate speech is an urgent need to preserve the cultural gains and to provide an conducive environment to confront the challenges and difficulties that face the nation in its present and future. It is therefore necessary for cultural and media institutions to formulate a speech that emphasizes the option of moderation and centrism. It should stand as an impenetrable barrier against the soft war that targets the individual and society. At the ame time, it quenchs the sedition that engenders hatred and hostility between the components of one body. In addition to all the wars witnessed by the Arab geography and the billions of dollars that afflict our peoples in the multiple forms of death by bullets and bombs, instead of buildings, factories and fields, there is another war that looks soft, attractive and shiny, but its danger and damage is greater. This situation requires us to exert a great effort to stand against this impending war, otherwise, we will not be able to avoid harm.

The Role of Mosques in the Moderation of Socially Directed Religious discourse
Abed Mohammad
Gaidan
The role of the mosque is reflected in the interest of religion in society and in human beings and its guidance in peace, war, curricula and ethics, as well as its role in influencing ideas because it employs religion to unite the ranks of society and debate with them over their public affairs in such a way as to achieve the security of society. Guidance and consultation can be presented to people via mosques to encourage the individual to feel the issues of the nation and to continue interaction and integration among members of social classes in order to bring success in the political process in society. The researcher is aware of the failure of the mosques to contain the crisis in Anbar. The guideline came out of place and was not directed to resolve the crisis, but rather, which closed most mosques on Friday to force worshipers to pray in the squares.Mosques and mosques play a central and pivotal role in the life of Iraq during the occupation and beyond. Friday sermons in Sunni mosques and Shiites were platforms for political positions. The decision-makers listen carefully to them, observe their symbols and strive not to anger them after discovering that they have influence. On Iraqi society, far greater than the influence of any other politician.Mosques are one of the most important educational institutions necessary for educating young people, modifying their behavior, correcting their ideas, consolidating their beliefs, preventing them from intellectual invasion, and raising their morale. In order to contribute to the guidance of the community, mosques should be developed in accordance with contemporary issues. The issue of intellectual security and peaceful coexistence and rejection of sectarianism, and discuss the problems of society and provide legitimate solutions to them, by explaining the verses of the Koran and the Prophet's Hadith, which urges the achievement of security and peace and stability, and the mosque has an effective role in collecting Ml members of the community and spread love and intimacy and peace among its members, and to renounce violence and division and infighting and rivalry between them, so as to achieve the concept of intellectual security and rejects extremism in all its meanings aside and raise the morale of the members of the community. It is also known that linking young people to their affairs and their scholars through sermons, lessons and words in mosques and the constant urge to reunite and not fall into the division that hates Allah and His Messenger.

Midhat Ibrahim
The current research aims to identify the relationship between cultural alienation and Ego flexibility of students in the preparatory stage. The sample consisted of (300) students randomly selected from the directorates of education (Karkh 1, Karkh 2, Karkh 3) of the city of Baghdad. The researcher has adopted two research instruments, namely, (the cultural alienation for Salh 2008 and the ego flexibility for Nuri 2016). After the application of the two parameters on the sample, the standard characteristics of the two instruments of apparent honesty were verified and Alpha Kronbach was verified. The results showed the following: 1- That students in the preparatory stage have a decline in the level of cultural alienation. 2- That students in the preparatory stage are ego flexible. 3- The relationship between cultural alienation and ego flexibility is now negatively correlated, the greater the ego flexibility of students, the lower their cultural alienation. 4- There is no difference in the relationship between cultural alienation and ego flexibility by gender. In light of the current research results, the researcher presented a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

Moderation and Standards: A Search in the Theoretical Greek and Contemporary Fundamentals Assist.
Abd_alkarim_
inayat
Average as a mathmatical concept is not always useful in all individual cases of differences among individuals, communities, cultures, and historical contexts as well. As a consequence a problem arises concerning the ability of unifying the criterion of moderation in the light of the relativity domineering everything. Thus, the problem arising from this situation is : In the light of our differences on more than one respect how can we think, correct, and reconcile views in order to make an agreement on the criterion of moderation ? It seems that thinking of employing philosophy as a means of education for moderation, forgiveness, and coexistence, whether on local or international levels, is something necessary. Thus, we conjure the experiences of philosophers who tried to move philosophy from contemplation to action, i.e., from science to ethics. The methodology adopted in this study is philosophical analysis that dismantles the subject into its simple ingredients in order to acquire accurate knowledge on elementary cases. We also used the structural approach and the comparative approach to assist in exploring various differences and contradictions among various criteria of moderation.

Is it Enough for Displaced People to Rely on Religious Strategies to Cope? Psychological Perspective
Fuaad
Mohammed Freh
More than one decade of terrorist actions have led to widespread of human suffering and population displacements inside and outside of Iraq. Recent studies of the general population have found that internally displaced people (IDPs) had high levels of mental health problems, including anxiety (45-55%), major depression (30-40%), posttraumatic stress symptoms (53-60%), and lack of feeling secure in communicating with others (78.2%), but people tend to use strategies to cope with their problems such as religious strategies. However, to the researcher best knowledge no study has been conducted to investigate the psychological consequences and mental health effects following displacements among Iraqi people, and the extent that religious strategies could mediate the psychological stressors. This study aimed to address this gap in literature by investigating the relationship between religious strategies and some psychological disorders such as symptoms of PTSD, patterns of insecure attachment and behavioral and emotional problems. The sample consisted of 106 adults aged beyween 18-32 years. They were recruited randomly from three camps (1 in Baghdad and 2 in Anbar. Ninety-seven persons with no displacement experience constituted the control. In regard to their post-displacements trauma and behavioral problems, people were assessed using the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5), the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), Attachment Style Classification Questionnaire (ASCQ-15), and spiritual/religious coping (SRC). The results showed that people were found to experience negative alterations in cognitions and mood, avoidance and intrusive thought. PCL-5 revealed that 51.9, 38.7, and 10.9% had full, partial and no-PTSD respectively. The severity and total number of traumatic events independently predicted total BCL, SDQ, and ASCQ scores. However, the SRC was medaiting only the SDQ. Results also showed that there were significant differences between the exposed group and the control on all YCPC, BCL, SDQ, ASCQ, and SRC scales. The clinical and research implications of these conclusions are discussed.

Religious Orientation and its Relationship with Intolerance Trends in Secondsry School Students after Displacement
Safi
Umal Salah
Religious orientation is a psychological and social phenomenon which continued with man since the first creation. The various religious orientations have been accompanied with several violations and confusions. Several bodies have attempted to exploite religion for personal interest. In addition, religion is sometimes associated with extremisits trends and intolerance and hostility with the others. On this basis, the study aims to explore the level of religious orientation (internal and external) in secondary school students after displacement resulting from terrorism actions. In addition, it aims to examine their intolerance trends and the relationship between religious orientation and intolerance as well as the significance of differences pertaining to gender (male/female) in this regard. The study sample consisted of 248 students (140 males and 108 females) coming from secondary schools in Ramadi city for the academic year 2016-2017. This sample has undergone to two measurements; one for religious orientation (Al-Buhairi, et al, 1988) and the other for intolerance trends proposed by Al-Ssunmadaey (2016), after verifying their psychometric features. After using suitable statistical tools, results have shown that the level of the general religious orientation for the sample was upper intermediate. Male stuents were more religiously inclined than female students (external religious orientation). Moreover, there were intolerance ternds in members of the sample. There were no statistically significant differences between the two sex groups. In addition, intolerance trends can be arranged in the following order; tribal prejudice, sectarian prejeudice, religious fanaticism, social prejudice and national prejudice. The recommendations of the study emphasize the active role of social organizations such as universities in fostering foundations of sound religious orientation which rejects fanaticism and the attempts to rehabilitate extremists to achieve social peace

ali Abdul-Hadi
Al-Karkhi
Media discourse of non-governmental organizations is one of the most important communicative activities to promote their efforts, fields of interests, and the important issues they target in their human activities in order to elevate human rights in accordance with international humanitarian law in a world of successive crises that affect humankind greatly. This led non-governmental organizations, notably Red Cross, to activate their role in the Arab world to defend Man and his/her rights. This created the need for these organizations to promote and present their efforts and raise awareness through the use of media, notably "The Humanitarian" Journal as part of their media strategy to address Arab audience by covering their activities through this journal in order to shape its media discourse. This paper studies the most important arguments of this discourse by adopting a survey method, random analysis instrument, and a comprehensive survey of all the issues related to human rights in Iraq published on "The Humanitarian" Journal for the years 2015,2016,2017 in order to extract the most important issues of human rights in Iraq. Major among the findings of the paper are: * Media discourse, as expressed in "The Humanitarian" Journal, focused on the efforts of the International Committee of Red Cross in presenting humanitarian help to refugees and displaced Iraqi and the attempt to provide acceptable living conditions in the refugees camps.* this media discourse brought tp prominence the impact of violence, forced displacement, and security crises on Iraqi in the provinces undergoing security crises and untable living conditions. These findings proved that this media discourse, which focus on human rights in the provinces in crisis and instability, needs rehabilitation to convey the real situation to the international community and public.

The Role of School Psychological Guidence in Reinforcing the Culture of Moderation Discourse for Secondary School Students
Hussein
Hussein Zaydan
Nowadays, the extravagant or extremist discourse becomes a popular phenomena in societies. This phenomena helps to create negative and errant principles and thoughts in society especially for the youths. Among them are stdents of schools. Dangerously, it becomes a common culture of behaviour among individuals. The audio visual means of various communicative apparatus contribute to develop these alien and negative cultures in society. Therefore; educational guidance is very important in modificating behavioural, idealogical and cognitive structures via its scientific styles and several mythodology. Among these methodologies are developmental, protective and therapeutic methodology. The importance of educational guidance also lies in its helpful role in distinguishing between right and wrong. Moreover, it helps in learning various positive cultures which include the culture of moderation discourse. This discourse has an important role in building up the individual and society as well. The paper deals with an important sample of society which is the students in secondary schools. This stage of development is very important if you know that it represents an adolescent stage which needs a due attention and psychological and educational guidance that meet their needs and intentions. The present study aims at understanding the extremist discourse which spreads extensively in society. The culture of misunderstanding becomes a common fact because of its ambiguity of intentions and messages. So, the study emerges to identify the role of psychological guidance in reinforcing the culture of moderation discourse for students. The researcher determines the descriptive approach in his analysis of the present paper. The data are gathered through accumulating questionare which includes paragraphs of the research. These paragraphs have been applied on the sample of the study which is chosen from male/female students of secondary schools. The data has been treated and discussed stastistically via (SPSS). The results of the study show that school psychological guidance has vital and positive role in reinforcing the culture of moderation discourse. The study also shows that there is a distinction with statistical value in reinforcing the guidance for the culture of moderation discourse for males compared to females. In conclusion and through achieved results, the researcher recommends that psychological guidance should be taken into consideration in reinforcing the culture of behavioural and ideological moderation. It creates a social and moderate environment for developing moderate cultures for individuals in society. The researcher notes that there is a weakness in understanding the societal identity, social affliation for the youths and their effect by ideological discourse. This situation lets the researcher to suggest a study entitled “The Crisis of Identity and its Relationship with Ideological Moderation” to confront this orientation.
