Abstract

The importance of studying the infrastructure services comes as been a main factor for constructed centers and it affects positively on the increase of the inhabitants movement within it. Infrastructure is considered one of main housing factors and one of the important and vital subject that is linked to the ability of the planner and executioner alike in the carrying of the objective plans and offering them to get the results that contribute to the filling the gaps and coming up with the recent scientific development. However the study sheds light on the infrastructure services in the urban center and the rural areas in Al_Anbar governorate. Studying the capacity of the infrastructure service became a standard for measuring the development of the countries. It is considered one of the bases of life (some call it the simplest rights of service). However, infrastructure suffered many technical and administrative problems and it stills unable to meet the ambition and under the required level.
