Abstract
The current study aimed to present a brain-based proposed perspective for developing the teaching performance of the forensic science teachers in terms of the principles of the brain based learning in Riyadh city. The study made use of the descriptive method, and utilized a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting the study data. The study was administered to a sample of forensic science secondary stage teachers in Riyadh (totaling 304 teachers). The study participants were categorized according to the variables of qualification and years of experience. The results revealed that the level of teaching performance of the Islamic science teachers in accordance with the principles of the brain based learning came with an average degree. The dimension of teaching performance planning came with an average degree while the dimension of evaluation of teaching came with an average degree. The dimension of implementation of the teaching performance came with a low degree. The study developed a proposed vision to develop the teaching performance of the forensic science teachers in the light of the principles of brain-based learning
