To achieve the goal, the research sample from fourth grade students is consisted of (40) students distributed by (20) students in each section. The researcher uses the achievement test to attain the results of the research; and uses the Scamper strategy in teaching the experimental group and the traditional method in teaching the control group. Data are processed by appropriate statistical means (Spss), and the results showed: There is a statistically significant difference between the experimental group studying by (Scamper) strategy. The control group which is taught in the usual way and for the benefit of the experimental group, the calculated value of Man Whitney of (91) is smaller than the schedule value of Man Whitney (138) at the significance level (0.05).There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group studying bythe (Scamper) strategy and the average scores of the control group, which is taught in the normal way in the skills of deep understanding and for the benefit of the experimental group. The calculated value of Man Whitney of (109.50) is smaller than the value of Man Whiteny (138) at the significance level (0.05).
