Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the Mindfulness among, Male Teachers of Preparatory Schools and Female Teachers and differences in Mindfulness depending on the type gender variable. The researchers relied on the descriptive approach in a research, the research sample consisted of (300) teachers' male and female who were withdrawn from the Anbar Governorate Education Directorate from three districts (Ramadi, Habbaniyah, Fallujah) for the academic year (2019-2020). The researchers built a Mindfulness scale that was made up of (39) items, after the validity and reliability coefficients were extracted for it. Which included three domains, which is the intention, which consists of (12) items. Attention, which consists of (13) items, and the direction which consists of (14) items, and after applying items of scale to the research sample, the results showed the following:1-The research sample has a normal level of Mindfulness.2-There is an effect of gender on the high level of Mindfulness, in favor of males.
