Abstract
The emergence of primary education in the Dulaim District dates back to the British Mandate era, when the first official school was established in the district in 1919, which is the Ramadi Primary School for Boys. The development of education in the Dulaim District was delayed compared to the districts of Baghdad, Mosul and other nearby districts as a result of neglect and the lack of teaching staff and school infrastructure. However, he witnessed the opening of a number of schools as a result of the interest of the people of the regions to educate their children and the development that pervaded the country, especially in the era following the Second World War in 1945 until the end of the monarchy in 1958.
