Abstract
Washington has sought to establish regional defense arrangements, in implementation of its policy to achieve its imperial goals in the region, and has initiated the creation of alliances such as the "NATO project, which provides for NATO influence in the region. Turkey has become an active advocate of the idea of establishing regional defense arrangements", Middle Eastern " I promised that it would constitute the natural link between North Atlantic Treaty organization (NATO) and the "Middle East", but Turkey instead rushed more towards closer ties with the United States of America, until one observer described that close connection by saying, "The Turks assumed that they and the Americans are essentially homogeneous and that Turkey can It should even become America Minor.
Whatever the case, the "Truman Doctrine" was the actual beginning of the growing American influence in the region through "Turkey" ... and the assistance provided under it came as a result of the United States' interest in Turkey's political, economic, and military security in order to preserve interest and "national security" "To Americans in the region; It is the policy that the United States of America pursued after the war, even if there was no enemy for it, represented by the Soviet Union.
