Abstract
The role of the Kalb tribe was not limited to its participation in the political, military and administrative aspects, but rather went beyond it to their contribution clearly in the intellectual field, whether it was in the sciences of the Noble Qur’an, the Noble Prophet’s hadith, jurisprudence and other sciences, where the Andalusians glorified the scholars and jurists in particular, and these had leadership and pioneering in Andalusian society on On the intellectual level, the Andalusians were familiar with the sciences of the Qur’an, hadith, and jurisprudence. It is worth noting that the doctrine that the people of Andalusia followed during the times of its prosperity is the Maliki school of thought, which is the most common school in Andalusia.
