الملخص
یهدف البحث الحالی الى التعرف على الاحوال الاقتصادیة للمغرب فی عصر القاضی عیاض ، حیث تعتبر فترة حیاة القاضی عیاض من اهم مراحل التی مرَّ بها المغرب العربی لما لها من اثر لما خلفته من اثار علمیة على ید علمائها الذین کان لهم الاثر الکبیر، فی حیاة الامة الاسلامیة، ومن العلماء الذین ترکوا لنا أرثاً خالداً هو القاضی عیاض بن عمرون، الذی شغل زمانه و زمن من بعده بعلمه ومکانته، وشهدت الفترة التی عاش فیها القاضی عیاض تطورات اقتصادیة مهمة، من کافة النواحی الزراعیة والصناعیة والتجاریة وفی هذا البحث سنتطرق الى مبحثین مهمین الاول هو القاضی عیاض تعریفاً به، وفی المبحث الثانی سنبین اهم مقومات الاقتصاد فی المغرب العربی فی عصره.
وقد توصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات الاتیة :
1. لذا کانت حضارة المرابطین فى الأَنْدَلُس والمغرب مقصدًا لأبناء العلم مِن الأوروبیین الذین توالوا وتوافدوا على الأَنْدَلُس لتلقى العلوم والصناعات.
2. ترکت دولة المرابطین التى لم یصل عمرها الزمنى إلى مائة عام, وهى فترة قصیرة فى عمر الدول .
3. لقد کان فقهاء المغرب الأقصى والأحرار المتطلعون لتحکیم شرع الله فى مدنهم یتصلون بالمرابطین، ویطلبون منهم مساعدتهم لأزاله الظُّلم الواقع علیهم من حُکَّام زناتة، وبالفعل لبى المرابطون هذا النداء, وتحرکت جیوشهم القویة لإزالة المظالم ونشر العدل، والقضاء على دولة برغواطة الملحدة.
