الملخص
یهدف البحث الحالی الى معرفة المزاج المتطرف لدى مدراء المدارس الثانویة، ولغرض تحقیق اهداف البحث بعد ان قامت الباحثة بتحدید مفهوم (المزاج المتطرف)، ارتأت ببناء مقیاس المزاج المتطرف مکون من (45) فقرة وامام کل فقرة (5) بدائل (دائما، احیانا، نادرا، غالبا، ابدا)، وللتاکد من صدق الثبات الأداة قام الباحثان بعرض الأداة على مجموعة من المحکمین فی التربیة وعلم النفس وصدق البناء من خلال إیجاد معامل الارتباط ودرجة الفقرة بدرجة المقیاس الکلیة وحساب تمیز الفقرات بطریقة المجموعتین المتطرفتین ومعادلة الفاکرونباخ حیث بلغ معامل الثبات (0,85 ) وقام بتطبیقها على عینة مکونة من (400) مدیر ومدیرة ثانویة وبعد جمع المعلومات وبأستخدام الوسائل الإحصائیة المناسبة أظهرت مایاتی:یتصف سلوک مدراء المدارس الثانویة بالمزاج المتطرف وان هناک فروق فردیة فی المزاج المتطرف ولصالح ( الذکور) وفی ضوء النتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان : اعداد برامج الارشادیة لمدراء المدارس لتنمیة الأسلوب المزاجی المعتدل
