الملخص
استهدف البحث الحالی التعرف على الفشل المعرفی ، والفروق فی تلک المستویات تبعاً للمتغیرات الدیمغرافیة، الجنس (ذکور، اناث)، التخصص (علمی، انسانی)، وقد شمل مجتمع البحث طلبة الجامعة فی جامعة الانبار للعام الدراسی (2021/2022) البالغ عددهم (23193) ، طالبا وطالبة موزعین بحسب الجنس الى (9150) طالبا و(14043) طالبة وموزعین بحسب التخصص الى (11227)العلمی و (11966) الإنسانی موزعین على الکلیات البالغ عددها (18) کلیة اختیر منهم عینة بلغ حجمها (430) طالبا وطالبة ، موزعین على وفق الجنس بواقع (170) طالباً و(260) طالبة, أمّا فیما یتعلق بالتخصص, فقد بلغ عدد الطلبة فی التخصص العلمی (208) طالباً وطالبة وبلغ عدد الطلبة فی التخصص الانسانی (222) طالباً وطالبة ولتحقیق أهداف البحث قام الباحثان تبنی مقیاس (صالح،2014)، لمفهوم الفشل المعرفی (Cognitive failure) وفقا لنظریة معالجة المعلوماتInformation Processing Theory)) یتکون المقیاس من(59) فقرة توزعت على أربعة أبعاد وهی: تشتت الانتباه (14) فقرة، هفوات الإدراک (15) فقرة، أخطاء الذاکرة (15)، الفشل الحرکی الوظیفی (15) فقرة، وبذات البدائل للمقیاس الأول، وبعد معالجة البیانات إحصائیاً باستعمال الاختبار التائی لعینة واحدة، والاختبار التائی لعینتین مستقلتین ومعامل ارتباط بیرسون فضلاً عن تمییز الفقرات بأسلوب العینتین المتطرفتین، وعلاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الکلیة لکل مقیاس، وعلاقتها بالبعد الذی تنتمی الیه، کما تحققت من ثبات المقیاسین بإعادة الاختبار واستعمال معادلة الفا کرونباخ، والاختبار الزائی. باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائیة المناسبة، توصل البحث الى النتائج الاتیة: ان عینة البحث یمتلکون مستوى منخفض من الفشل المعرفی وکما أظهرت النتائج لیس هناک فروق فی المتغیر الفشل المعرفی تبعا للجنس (ذکور– اناث)، کما توجد فروق فی متغیر الفشل المعرفی تبعا للتخصص (علمی– انسانی) ولصالح التخصص العلمی واستکمالا للبحث الحالی قدم
