الملخص
یهدف البحث الى تحدید مستوى التنور التکنلوجی لدى مدرسی الریاضیات وعلاقته بالمستوى الدراسی والخبرة ، تکونت عینة البحث من مدرسی ومدرسات الریاضیات فی الرمادی المرکز وکان عددهم (180) فردا مقسمین الى (90) ذکور و(90) اناث ، وقد قامت الباحثة باعداد مقیاس التنور التکنلوجی والذی تکون من (49) فقرة واعتمد سلم لیکرت الذی یتکون من خمس استجابات ، وقامت الباحثة باستخراج الخواص السایکومتریة لفقرات المقیاس المتمثلة بالصدق والثبات والقوة التمیزیة واظهرت نتائج المقیاس ان شریحة مدرسی ومدرسات الریاضیات فی الرمادی المرکز تتمتع بتنور تکنلوجی جید وان هناک فرق بین مستوى تنور الذکور والاناث لصالح الذکور ،ویوجد فرق بمستوى التنور التکنلوجی یعزى للمستىوى الدراسی ولصالح حملة شهادة البکالوریوس ، ولا یوجد فرق فی مستوى التنور التکنلوجی یعزى لمتغیر الخبرة وکذلک فقد ظهرت ان العلاقة ضعیفة بین التنور التکنلوجی وبین المستوى الدراسی والخبرة. توصی الباحثة باقامة دورات تدریبیة للمدرسین لتنویرهم تکنلوجیا من قبل مدیریات التربیة التابعة لوزارة التربیة والتعلیم ،والاهتمام بمادة الحاسوب فی المدارس الثانویة والجامعات کونها توفر المعلومات والمفاهیم الأساسیة لعلم التکنلوجیا و تقترح الباحثة اجراء دراسات مشابه للبحث الحالی على اختصاصات إنسانیة من المدرسین والمدرسات ، وإقامة دورات تثقیفیة فی مجال التکنلوجیا والتعامل معها وتطبیقاتها وفوائدها واضرارها للکوادر التدریسیة .
