Alruhba city is regarded one of the Shamiat towns which was constructed in the Islamic Era during the Abbasid Dynasty. It is located in the western bank of the Euphrates by prince Malik bin Tawq Eltaghlobi during Elmamon reign (217 H). He made it the center of his emirate due to its significant location on the road leading to the Abbasid capital city, Baghdad and connecting it with Syria and the Euphrates Island. Its reminiscences are still to be seen in Elmaiadin city, Syria. Arabs give this naming to mean camel’s side and it also denotes little valleys. The city was a focal one due to the abundance of natural resources and to its strategic location. Various tribes are to be found in there as Bain Taghlub. The city was not constructed on ancient remaining but it was found in the Islamic epoch. Alruhba is mentioned in many travelers’ biographies as it was described by Ibn Batota as being “the castle of Aleppo”. It became a resident center for its location, the great number of mosques and for the schools of learning and culture because mosques are considered the essence of a city. Many scientists and scholars lived in it because of its being close to the flourishing cities of that time like Baghdad and Damascus. It was the front in many battles and wars and the starting point of various armies for it was sometimes cut or added to other cities as Aleppo or Hams.
The paper compromises three sections, an introduction, a conclusion and a bibliography. The first section sheds light on the city’s naming, location, adjacent villages, population and mosques. Section two concentrates upon administrative and scientific life in the city including ruling, jurisprudence, military and administrative sides, while the scientific life part deals with scholars, scientists, modernists, poets and writers. The last section focuses on the time period of its invasion by foreign forces as Boaiheen, Slajoqs, and Fatimeen.

The two researchers used the experimental design of two equivalent group (experimental and control), They are both Selected elaborately (36) Standouts of the experimental Croup and (36) control Group. the two researchers designed (160) behavioral objectives depending on Bloom's Taxonomy in the levels of cognitive domain (remembering, comprehension, application). The experiment lasted for the whole first term. The two researchers constructed post-test which level achievement students for Islamic education consists of (40) objective paragraphs, lateral thinking test consists of (40) paragraphs. Have been paragraphs shows validity and the reliability, After statistical means have been used: T. test for two indecent samples ; Pearson's coefficient Formulation Spearman – Brown equation secure item difficulty , item discrimination and Eta 2 equation .
The tow researcher found the following results:
He found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the two groups (experimental and control) and in favor of the experimental group that studied received (5E'S) course Strategy post achievement test, and the large size of this effect according to coheen scale.
He found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the two groups (experimental and control) and in favor of the experimental group that studied adjusted (5E'S) course Strategy on the achievement on Lateral thinking test and large size of this effect according to coheen scale.

Current research aims to identify (after the use of method-learning course developed in the give and retain mathematical concepts by students in first grade average), by verifying the following hypotheses:
1. There is no difference statistically significant at a level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied using the method of learning cycle developed and the average score for the control group students who studied in the traditional way to test the mathematical concepts.
2. There is no difference statistically significant at a level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied using the method of learning cycle developed and the average score for the control group students who studied in the traditional way to test retention. Formed the research sample of (66) students were distributed into two experimental consisted of (35) students, and a control group consisting of (31) students, were of equal groups in the variables (chronological age, previous collection of math to sixth-grade primary intelligence test), has The sample was selected randomly from the (secondary olive typical) of the Directorate of Education to Anbar province, re-test of the mathematical concepts may be of (30) a paragraph of type (multiple choice), has been extracted honesty and firmness to it.
Has one of the researchers taught the experimental group in a learning course developer, and the control group in the traditional way, and after the experiment, applied testing mathematical concepts to both sets of research, and after a period of time has been re-apply the test to find out how much was retained from the mathematical concepts of the two sets of search, without pass experimental experience.
The researchers then used the data collection (Altaúa test) for two independent samples to verify the research hypotheses and to calculate significant differences between the averages, Tests showed that search results include the following:
1. difference statistically significant at a level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied using the method of learning cycle developed and the average degree of the control group students who studied in the traditional way to test the mathematical concepts and for the experimental group.
2. difference statistically significant at a level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied using the method of learning cycle developed and the average degree of the control group students who studied in the traditional way to keep and for the experimental group.
