In 1921, the League of Nations placed Alexandretta under the French mandate. The Mandatory began to formulate a special political situation in the district, which later became an independent republic.
       During the period from the establishment of the modern Turkish Republic in 1923 until the outbreak of World War II in 1939, French-Turkish relations witnessed several developments, events and agreements that resulted from the tense international situations between the two world wars. The issue of the Alexandretta Brigade was the most important and fundamental detail in the nature of relations between the two countries, especially through the Turks' continuous efforts to return the brigade that was stripped from it to the Turkish border again. DOI: 10.37653/juah.2022.176509

The composition of the human body can be considered as a machine, as it does not move without fuel or energy. The human being requires energy in order to move, exercise his activity and survive, and human energy and health may be closely linked to the elements of the climate more than any other element of the natural environment. Studies have proven that the physiological functions of the human body respond to atmospheric changes, and achieving thermal balance through choosing the quantity and type of food or clothing, weight, age and the emergence and spread of some diseases also reflect the impact of environmental conditions on them. This paper attempts to clarify those relationships between thermal balance in the human body and between his physiological comfort.

The research aims to study the estimation of the volume of water losses from surface streams in each of Lake Habbaniyah، and to achieve this goal the study adopted a descriptive approach to explain the reasons for the increase in the volume of water losses and study the factors affecting them. different، and it was found in general through the research that there are large amounts of surface water wasted through several processes، the most important of which are (leakage – evaporation. Where the latter worked to increase the amount of water losses from surface streams because the amount of evaporation from a water body during a specific period depends on two groups، the first includes climatic factors that carry between its folds، solar radiation، temperature، relative humidity ... etc.) and the second group includes factors related to The nature of water and its characteristics in terms of water quality، water depth، size and shape of water bodies. The results proved that both groups worked directly to increase the amount of water losses and thus led to a decrease in the amount of water in the study area، so this study came as an attempt to clarify the reality of the possibilities available to estimate the volume of water losses in Lake Habbaniyah، and its role in economic evaluation by working to reduce evaporation and shortage rates The occurrence of water، which leads to hitting the existing tourism in that region.

It is evident from a review of satellite images that the course of the Euphrates River was affected within the confined area between the Iraqi-Syrian border in the west and Haditha Lake in the east by a number of geological structures, the most important of which is the growth of a sub-surface fold, which worked to change the features of the riverbed and led to the presence of severe anomalies in it. A fold of it based on some morphological and geomorphological indicators through which it is possible to detect the presence of tectonic activity affecting the straightness of the river course within the studied section between the Iraqi-Syrian border and a modern lake, so this study aims to clarify the effect of the growth and aggravation of a fold about it, whose presence indicates the activity of neotectonic. which led to a change in the course of the Euphrates River from the direction (northwest - southeast) to (east northeast - west southwest), relying on the digital elevation model. DEM)) and the information systems program (Arc Gis10.8) in applying these indicators. The study showed a tectonic effect on the river section through the morphological anomaly of the main waterway.

       The health noise effect of excessive use of private generators and home generators with a frequency of more than 120 decibels amounted to 52.2% of the total sample of the study. As for the noise emanating from cars and the accompanying non-optimal use of car horns and horns, as well as motorcycles whose impact exceeded 22.4%  From the total sample of the study, it exacerbated the suffering in the residential areas close to the main roads or even residential sub-roads, in addition to the spread of some factories selling blocks, cashews, bricks, factories and industrial workshops such as blacksmithing and car wash shops whose frequency exceeded 130 decibels, and whose effect exceeded 22% of the sample size spread near  Or inside residential areas, all of this has exacerbated the effect that is going to increase, as a result of the absence of modern acoustic insulation methods in these causes, whose impact is evident near schools or facilities that need calm and away from external sound noise, all of these things are a sign of recognition

Which consists of (15) paragraphs, and to measure speaking skill, the researcher prepared a scale, which consists of (40) paragraphs. And after verifying the validity and stability of the two approved scales, the stability coefficient of each of the two scales was calculated using the (Alpha Korn Bach) equation. All paragraphs of the two scales were of the type of declarative expressions according to gradual alternatives to the answer (always, often, sometimes, no) and with relative weights (0,1,2,3), respectively. In order to measure the writing skill of the third intermediate grade students, the researcher chose a topic for writing which is “Goals and ambitions are not achieved by wishful thinking, but by the will that makes miracles.” He talked about that, he talked about it in an article in which it was found that whoever has the will and determination is able to overcome difficulties no matter how great they are.
  The researcher applied the two scales and after analyzing and processing the data contained in the research statistically using the statistical bag for social sciences (spss) and the results showed the following;
- Linguistic ability has an impact on developing my speaking and writing skills. -There is a statistically significant relationship at the level (0.05) between the three research variables for third-grade intermediate students.
