Abstract
The topic covered by the research is (financial regulations in Egypt from 21AH / 641 AD-132 AH / 749 AD), and this topic has gained great importance for the Arabs because it revolves around the most important aspects of the state, which is the financial system, and how this system was in Egypt during the Islamic rule, as well as taxes Which was imposed on its residents in the event of remaining on their religion, but it is fair in the event of their conversion to Islam. As well as the keenness of the Arab state to organize its financial resources and achieve a financial balance on an equal basis, which it obtained through some things, including: taxes on the land or through the spoils, spoils and zakat, and with all this, the Arabs at the beginning of the matter left the survival of the employees of this institution over its residents from Copts and dhimmis, and this is what the rulers who ruled Egypt did in order to achieve justice and equality among the inhabitants of the conquered countries
