Abstract
The research aims to develop a future geographical vision for the value of land in the city of Hit, and its municipal boundaries consisting of (18) neighborhoods, and to shed light on land prices during the coming years, which were determined until the year (2032 AD), and to know the extent of the impact of commercial speculation in it, and then indicate the impact of These prices are based on land uses in the city, and future expectations of land values in the city of Hit have been studied, according to (quantitative) statistical methods. The research relied mainly on the field study in the process of obtaining information and data; As a result of the scarcity of this data and information from other sources.
