Abstract
The current research aims to know the extreme temperament of secondary school principals, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research, after the researcher has defined the concept of (extreme temperament), she decided to build an extreme temperament scale consisting of (45) items and in front of each item (5) alternatives (always, sometimes, Rarely, often, never), and to ensure the reliability of the tool, the researchers presented the tool to a group of arbitrators in education, psychology and construction validity by finding the correlation coefficient and the degree of the paragraph with the degree of the total scale and calculating the distinction of paragraphs by the method of the two extreme groups and the Facronbach equation, where the reliability coefficient reached (0 And it was applied to a sample of (400) principals and secondary school principals, and after collecting information and using appropriate statistical methods, the following showed: Preparing guidance programs for school principals to develop a moderate temperament style
