Abstract
The aim of this study is to build a training program based on the P5BL learning model in developing creative teaching skills for male and female Arabic language teachers. The researcher decided to put in the following pages an initial vision for the training program so that this vision includes:
First: The general framework of the training program. This framework covers:
Definition of the training program.
The general idea of the training program.
Justifications for the training program.
Foundations for building the training program.
General objectives of the training program.
Second: The program components include:
Behavioral objectives of the training program.
Content of the training program.
Training method in the training program.
Educational materials and methods that help implement the training program.
E- Methods of training evaluation in the training program.
Third: Planning training meetings in the training program, and each unit includes:
A- Objectives of the training unit.
B- Unit content.
C- Training activities.
Training time and implementation mechanisms.
